[Ven's quietly looking around the Land of Departure. He actually hasn't even realized that he's in the dressing room yet until he starts doing a few exercises and slams the back of his head into the door. Rubbing the back of his sore head, he pulled the door open and headed into a hallway, confused. This is nothing like the Lanes Between. Definitely thinking he knocked himself out.

So, here's Ven, walking quietly down a hallway and peeking into different rooms, (sorry if he walks in on you showering or something ;D) and just plain exploring.]

encoeured in plain black clothing, emblem and Wayfinder hanging on a cord around his neck, sitting in a room with a fountain. With a notebook on his lap and pencil in hand, he seems to be drawing something. Since he doesn't glance up, it can't be the surrounding area. He doesn't look any older than sixteen, but he's got a little more muscle tone than usual, and he's paler from spending a lot of time inside. There's an unremarkable-looking stud earring in his left ear.]

darklinked is busy getting lunch. For the third time that day. He needs to eat a lot, all right? Someone please do something about the disaster he's causing in that poor kitchen. A familiar runty little Flood is busy eating the scraps he hands it.]

crossedcrisis is attempting to master the use of Stormfall on some helpless wooden barrels, with rather pathetic results. ~~Aqua is trolling him.~~ There are plenty of Unversed hanging around thanks to his frustration.]

carminesea to swim. It's basically adorable.

noctivagous is nearby, ~~stalking~~ being ~~a creeper~~ ~~overprotective~~ watchful.]

cinderiffic is sleeping on a couch somewhere being lazy. Please wake him up in the most obnoxious way possible. By the way--he's got a heart.]

[So, what do you do when you're faced with a moral crisis, only to pop up in a strange new world?

And what do you do when it becomes perfectly clear that this world makes little to no sense?

Simple. You investigate! Unfortunately, this particular Ventus isn't going about it in a civil way. One person can only cover so much ground, and he doesn't have the ability to summon Unversed.

So, instead, people passing through the halls in the DR might find several Neoshadows lurking in the halls. Further down the hall, they'll probably find Ventus himself, taking a lovely little stroll in very suspicious armor. There are two more Neoshadows following behind him just in case he needs backup.

[Ventus here has had a lot of good stuff happen lately. A blatant lack of trolling, good times with his girlfriend, and meeting new people.

Sure, there have been arrows whizzing around and people falling for total strangers, but this kiddo's off in his own little world. This year, he's actually quite excited about the whole Valentines gig. So much, in fact, that he's commandeered the kitchen, decorating the table with a vase of roses. He's got a silly bowtie on as well, and he's currently reading over some directions; those who are observant might notice that the oven's turned on.

Yes, folks, Ven's attempting to bake something. This could turn out good or very, very bad.

But regardless of the results, he definitely looks silly. Feel free to pester him about that.]

[there's a...well, there's a smell coming from one of the kitchens, and it might be something burning.]

[the source is a boy in a plain black t-shirt, up to his elbows in eggshells and cooking implements. He's balancing a plate above the mess, upon which is the final result of all his trial an error. The perfect omelette. On which he's meticulously drawing a heart made of ketchup.]

[let's just say Ven doesn't have much sense for romance.]

[This "Sora" was minding his own business today when he stumbled across a large mirror in one of the halls. This isn't the first time enchanted mirrors have appeared in the Dressing Room, but rather than display hopes and dreams or alternate realities, this particular mirror hit him on a more personal level...

For instead of seeing an ordinary reflection, the mirror displayed someone else.

Needless to say, the moment he saw the reflection, he immediately backed away. And now, he's standing to the side of the mirror, out of view. While a couple of people already discovered who he is, Ven's not about to take chances when the Dressing Room is full of Rikus, Kairis, and even other Soras.]

... I'll just have to be careful. Nobody needs to know about this.

[However, people are free to have caught a brief glimpse of the unfortunate reflection.]

[there's a small creature that should look familiar to some people wandering among some rubble, darting with quick movements from place to place. At the top of a heap of broken wall, it pauses, antennae quivering a bit, as if listening for something. There are footsteps from down the hall, and from their frequency it sounds like someone running.]

Despite being in the most comfortable place he can find in this world and despite his unconscious state, his features aren't as relaxed as they should be, as though something's not quite right.

[Arms laden with a telescope and a blanket, you could see this Ven frantically running around from world room to world room. He takes one look at the sky, frowns, and exits almost immediately, scooting off to the next room hastily with decisiveness.]

For Christmas this year, I'd really like

[He hesitates, ink dripping on his paper. What does he want for Christmas this year?

In a place like the dressing room, just about anything can be found. He's got someone to love, and the kiddo's never been one to cling too heavily onto material possessions. Briefly, he stops in his tracks, trying to find the words to put on the paper until he eventually tucks it away with a sigh. With the presence of the Xehanorts in the DR, maybe he should focus on training. But on the other hand, there is one thing that's been bothering him.

So what does he do? Well, he goes to one of the more public parts of the DR to ask one simple question to any other guys in the area (girls are free to watch his awkwardness, though).]

[Oh god, what's Ven up to now?

By the looks of it, he's scooping up some ice cream into not one and not two, but three bowls. Yes, three. Under normal circumstances, people might find this odd, but given how everyone believes they have families, maybe it's not such a stretch.

After all, he currently thinks he's a dad, and not only that, but he's sporting a rather snazzy ring. Kind of odd for a sixteen-going-on-seventeen year old to be slipping into the role of parenthood, but stranger things have happened in the dressing room.]

[There be a Terra scowling at

deleo_amicus as he stares at the simulated Captain Dark that's currently floating eerily behind him, arms crossed and looking smug. He has only three command cards left, and that checkpoint is looking a liiiitle far off. A few more panels ahead.

The room they're currently in looks like a giant game board, floating over the scenery of the Land of Departure. Ven's a few panels ahead, and Terra is praying the boy does not hit the purple panel. He wants to give the GP stealer back to its rightful owner. :|]

[Oh hey. It looks like Ven's finally come out of hiding. He'd have stayed hidden longer, but he really needs food. His stomach is getting rather painful by now.
Looks like he hasn't been sleeping either, by the looks of the dark circles under his eyes. Said eyes also look a little red and puffy, as if he's been crying recently. He even seems a little thinner. He definitely hasn't been taking care of himself.]

[Well here's an interesting sight. Should one happen upon, or just follow the sound of a brawl to this room, they'll find a tower; high, narrow, and of course, missing a door. The only point of entry would be that window just below the roof at the very top with something golden-blond and rope-like hanging out a bit.

That something can be followed inside, leading to this

tofallinblack. Turns out it's something like this man-ponytail stemming out of the back of his head, only much, much longer, considering it's wrapped several times around his wrists, ankles, and midsection, gagging and binding him to the chair he's on.

The

deleo_amicus can be found sleeping soundly from the bed in the room, while the

f_iery and the

sucima_oeled in the room are wrestling on the floor. Vanitas is attempting to shove an apple in the other's mouth, all the while trying to fight off the blond braids attacking the both of them. Watching in the background are two younger Roxae,

preflame gaurding the

hisnamewasroxas from the mess, both anxious. This might seem less weird if they weren't all in dresses.

Halloween is so much fun. Really.]

[Have one (1) Ventus stumbling out of a random door, looking somewhat bewildered and confused because this? Is not where he wanted to end up.
...Not that it stops him. Ven, being the curious person that he is, just decides to roll with it and starts looking along, eying the long corridor and the doors connected to it. Here goes nothing so he starts trying some doorhandles, knocking when they appear to be locked.

After a couple of doors, he takes a short break and leans against a wall, hands behind his head and staring up at the ceiling.

Bug him? Leave him alone? Stare at him? It's all up to you!]
