[ Sorry, Xigbars, but it appears that some unseen force has taken control over the Snipers for this month. They're wearing rather festive scarves tied around their arms, and for the next few weeks, they'll be shooting arrows. Who are their targets? Everyone. Cupid's arrows have been set, and he is determined. ]


{ ooc: The arrows are color-coded, and each have different effects. Because most characters aren't stupid enough to fall for tea or chocolate tricks anymore! Technically, IC, they should start shooting on February 1st, but I'm posting this early to give people weekend time to work with. But they'll also be going on for a while. Your character can be hit, have their spell wear off, or have it last until February 14th, so don't feel rushed. We'll be having our other spell on Valentine's Day, so have fun with this one while you can! ( More info here! )
