[thunder sounds down this hallway, though the hall's sky is clear. the noise is coming from an open door, which leads to a small courtyard. the sky in the room is a mass of dark, rolling clouds, lightning streaking across it but not down toward land. there is a heavy downpour turning the entire place grey, and a Sora standing on a short wall near the far edge of the courtyard, arms spread and face turned toward the sky. she seems thoroughly soaked, and completely oblivious to the wisps of darkness climbing up the wall. it could almost be dismissed as caused by the bad lighting, but when the lightning streaks across the sky again, the shadows near her seem to rise up from the ground for a split second.]

[Today, there is a new arrival. And perhaps it's a bit ironic, given the day, but here she is. Rise, a mother of Riku from one of the many universes. Sickly as she is, though, she's still seated happily in the hallway, book resting in her lap as she reads. She has to rest every now and then in her explorations, so this book is a good way to distract herself despite how excited she is to finally be able to have the adventure she'd longed for when young.]

[Itty bitty baby 'norty - well, eleven-ish year old 'norty, but seriously, compared to the oldest variety... - here has been out and about. Kid's curious, what else is there to say?

He's made it to the library, and has apparently been stocking up on reading material. In his arms, any number of volumes on myths and legends, some of which are perhaps technically beyond his years, so to speak.

Yes, that includes a volume on ancient times. One on stories that might be familiar to some.

[The sounds of a struggle can be heard from a room just down the hall, though it may not be the kind you'd expect from the dressing room. Rather than metal weapons (or in the case of two of the Roxae involved) or elemental attacks, pillows are the weapon of choice tonight, and everyone seems to have declared war. There are plenty of pillows to go around in the room, of all kinds and colors, the floor itself is even padded with what seems to be one large cushion. Enjoy the cozy or jump into the brawl, your choice!]
