[ It's time we moved onto bigger and better things, residents. It must be strange to be sitting on your bed as the room expands or a glossy window spreads out in the wall, or standing in the hallway, watching the only 'real' sky you've known for ages crumble to pieces. The walls and ceilings crack, the surface cage that's kept everyone captive for years breaking apart. The debris vanishes almost before it can hit the floor, leaving small piles of dust that are blown away by a strong wind. Some rooms stay, some halls only seem to get smaller, and some disappear entirely as people stare at the quickly spreading land. Buildings rise up out of nowhere and plants grow, full trees and forests in a matter of minutes. Water rushes past in select areas as a river curves its way through the dressing room, leading out to the ocean.
If you're unlucky enough to be in a world room, you'll quickly find that it seems to spin, and the ground suddenly doesn't feel real. Like you're on a patch of ground floating in the middle of space, it seems to move with no discernible direction. The door out no longer exists, and the blurred sky starts to blend around the edges, darker or lighter depending on where you are. Maybe there's rain, or snow, or the hot desert wind blowing from somewhere you can't see. There's something marginally more real about the place, and once things settle and the world is still again, you may hear the sound of the familiar tram system nearby.
Your 'world' is changing. A blending of worlds familiar and new, where one once ended begins another. ]
[ ooc: Information can be found here, and also here if you missed that. Basically what's happening is we're getting a new, more solid setting. This means new ideas for posts and CR, real weather, more use of transportation, etc. This will be our map. ♥ ]
