[ There isn't really one main reaction to having your life broken into something new and forced, even if it's something you logically know is better. When she steps outside after feeling everything change, Riku's stunned. She's standing outside of what she's known for nearly three years as her home. Something that looks like nothing more than an apartment building now, surrounded by houses. Real homes. She's on a road facing a bridge, and she sees mountains in the distance, past a large flush of green. From the other side she can smell the salty air of seawater. She can even hear seagulls. Across the river she sees the tall castle towers, and she feels completely lost. Where is she? ]

[She is so incredibly happy to hear his voice that she turns to make her way to him rather than wait.]

[you are going to be glomped before Ri grabs Riku's arm and tries to drag her down the sidewalk back the way he came; what comes out of his mouth is a slurred mess of gibberish, that vaguely sounds like...]

[Surely he'll understand how she caught pretty much none of that. But it's okay! She's totally okay with being dragged and won't have to struggle to keep up.]

[he's in full on spazz mode, but you'll understand when after a minute or two he stops in front of some small houses with nice sea views, one of which is in the familiar Destiny Islands style, with a little paopu tree in the yard]

[Forgive how her mouth drops open.]

Your room turned into a house?

[In the grand scheme of things this probably shouldn't be surprising. Not compared to all the new scenery.]

[you are being pulled into said house; the front room looks almost exactly like the 'living' area of Ri and Sora's room, with squashy chairs, table, and a couch, just bigger; where the bed used to be, however, is gone though there's a new door in the wall beside the door that leads to Sorabug's room]

[She's still letting herself be dragged around, though! Her eyebrows shoot up as she looks around, and eventually she points to the new door.]

Mine and Sora's! We didn't even have a bedroom before! Do you know what's going on?

[She shakes her head.]

Not a clue. Everything's changed.

What about your room? Do you still have a room? Is it a house, too?

No. Not unless it moved after I left. But it's... bigger. I thought that was just part of all this.

[She gestures around, meaning the SUDDEN WORLD.]

But I guess it is. What do you think made this happen?

I have no idea. It's not a holiday or something, is it? Doesn't weird shit happen around holidays? Or maybe a spell?

[There is a yelp of surprise from pretty high up in that building, and if Riku happens to look in that direction she'll see a Roxas. One that appears to be clinging for dear life to the base of a railing, his feet dangling in the air.]

Help! Someone! Anyone!

[She whips around immediately, turning and looking up and around for the source of the -- oh shit.]

Roxas?!

[He's a good thirty stories up, and holding as tight as he can.]

Hurry!

[She's almost inside of that building before she's finished saying the words. Please hold on, Roxas.]

[AND THEN HE FELL. No, not really. The door to his room is open, even if the sliding glass door to the balcony is locked. It'll be easy to tell which is his, all she has to do is look for the hands clinging.]

[She'll be a few minutes, because while Riku is fast, it's not a quick trip to run up that many flights of stairs. She only had a rough estimate for how high up he was, anyway, so his is the second floor she stops on. Then she's racing down the hall and he might hear it when she slams into his doorway.]

[It's panic more than stamina that has him still hanging on. He can't see her, but she might hear the shriek when he starts to slip a little.]

[Shit she almost hurts herself making her way inside, and she tries and fails to yank the door open. Is it able to unlock from the inside, or is she going to have to break it?]

[Of course there's a latch on the inside. Would she really have opted to break it instead of simply busting out the giant key?]

[No, but some Roxae have a cruel mistress sitting behind the monitor that take delight in denying them help. But anyway, she's going to unlock it and throw it open so she can rush over and grab his hand.]

[I see what you did there. Roxas is too freaked out to even want to let go of the rail base, even when Riku's there and grabbing him. There's a part of him that worries he'll be too heavy and will pull her down with him, too.]

[He underestimates her strength. She's got his arm with both hands now, and she's leaning over while bracing herself.]
