[A select few might recognize what Terranort is writing on his side of the wall; Side B, that is. It's incomplete and has some holes in it, but it's the formula for the replication data of a Kairi's heart. There's some gaps here and there, however... but it almost feels as if these gaps might be intentional. For one, he's neglected anything which would give the replica a sense of "self," completely severing the chains of memories in this formula. But more than that, he seems to be trying to work out a complicated problem with this. He sighs and then shakes his head-]

Even given more time, it seems that some things are beyond our reach, aren't they?

[Oh well. He'll keep up his position at the wall in a wheelie chair regardless. This time starting on a formula for a heartless's existence. A Pureblood, that is. The average shadow. He can't help but ironically laugh at how much simpler the absence of light is to understand than the absence of darkness. Objectively, you would think both would be simple but... Alas.]

Present (side A)

[Roxas has a pen in his grip, and he's writing all over the wall. What is it he's writing? Well, just... things, really. Thoughts. Memories. That sort of thing. He's even treating the wall like a giant spider diagram, linking things together.]

'...and we flew! We really flew! It was spectacular...'

'...ended up running after it for about an hour...'

'...it tasted really good, so I just kept eating...'

'...fought. I don't know why, but...'

'...so I fell flat on my face. Demyx laughed at me...'

'...finally got the idea to use Blizzard on it, but then it got back up again...'

'...wanted to stay like that forever, but we broke apart...'

'...and then you sang, and it was just beautiful...'

[Right in the centre of the diagram is a short phrase, three words long.]

'Happy birthday, Avani.'

[He's not sure why he's doing it. But he just wrote out his entire life.]

side A ++ what we need is a graphic glitch

[ Somewhere near her bedroom there is a Kairi sitting on the floor, curled up on top of a sleeping bag, fiddling away on a soft pink Nintendo DS. The glass isn't that big of a deal to her. Just a major inconvenience when she'd much rather be with her boyfriend. Which might explain the... dozen or so post-it notes stuck to the glass. There are hearts drawn on them. ]

Meanwhile, in another part of Side B~

[A dark portal suddenly flickers and errupts in a burst of dark energy. A Kairi comes stumbling out and shortly after crashes to the floor. Her first instinct is to look back.]

Axel!

[She scurries back onto her feet and starts for the portal, but it dissipates just as she reaches it. The young teenager reaches out at the wisps of black smoke that are slowly dispersing with it only to plant her hand on a glass wall.

She pulls back sharply. It's cold, after all. Then reaches out at it again to lightly press her fingertips on it where she can see she's made a handprint.]

What is this...

[Well, Terra here has tried a couple of things. Smacking the wall with his training 'blade didn't help a whole lot. Running around like an idiot didn't.
And that's him out of options. So he's currently wandering around pretty darn lost, going 'aw' whenever he ends up back at the wall, trying his best to Be A Big Apprentice and all the rest...]

side B -- there's a fire inside

[Against this section of wall, there is a Red. He's slumped against it, hood pulled up. He's unconscious.

Blood is splattered across the glass, the only evidence of what happened.

From side A, it would be fairly difficult to see the wisps of decidedly red hair peeking out of the hood.]

What's odd, though, is how he's handling the Keyblade...backwards.]
