[Ridiculously injured; there are deep cuts on his cheek, scratches on his face, if he walks he limps and it's completely noticeable. He's a lot more injured than he pretends not to be, considering the fight he had with Larxene a day or two ago. Recovery is going slow, and he's in the kitchen, nibbling on some toast with jelly spread. Axel tries to lean against the counter but his back is far too sliced up and in pain for him to really do that, so he sighs and slouches, wincing at the sharp pain in his collarbone, and takes another bite out of his toast.]

[Well-made bed sheets, recently vacuumed carpet and a door which remains only partly cracked. For all intensive purposes the bedroom in question looks undisturbed, and as though not a soul has imparted upon the area. However, if you chance a glance down towards the lower end of the mattress and watch the sheets which barely dust the carpeted floor- a quiver every so often might be seen upon sheets that have the faintest smear of blood upon them.

Someone's under there, and their breath is disturbing the feather-light material with each exhalation. The only question that remains is -why- a person would be afraid enough to stow away in a stranger's room, and desperate enough to not even manage to lock the door behind them.]
