[anyone near the bridge from the residential area into Radiant Garden should be able to spot the sizable streak of crimson in the water, headed downstream towards the ocean. even if you don't notice it then, it would be kind of hard to miss as a naga that looks like (and is) an Axel pulls himself partially out of the water on the riverbank right next to the bridge. he looks annoyed, but also curious about his surroundings as he turns to sit, leaning back on his hands. the bulk of his body and tail are still in the water, the current making it difficult to tell how much of him there really is.]

[So it's been nearly a week and things haven't changed back. Really? Well, this young woman could get used to things the way they are now... it's a pleasant evening, and she's sitting on the pier, looking out across the waters, quietly making notes in a well-worn book. Sketches, too. Plotting out the new layout of everything; maps, notable features, things she wants to look at in future. (Say, that area she can see just along the cliffs from here...)

Not a bad way to pass time.]
