[The library is as usual, quiet. But not entirely empty. An old figure is bent over a desk in a corner, busily writing. He had taken careful measures to avoid people, but, as human nature dictates, one needs to come out once in a while.]

[Akane is sitting alone in her crib, bawling because Mommy hasn't come back in a while and she's lonely and bored and hungry. Tybalt, annoyed with the noise while he's trying to get his daily twenty hours of sleep in, has gone and slunk off to hide somewhere quieter.

The room certainly doesn't look like Larxene intended to leave for good; the bed's still unmade, even, and nothing's missing except her. She only stepped out for a minute to grab something and ended up being whisked out of the dressing room at last, now that she had finally given up on getting away.]

[there's a table (a nice one, all white and silver, with a fine lace tablecloth), one that may not have been there before. it's pushed up against the back of a couch in one of the common areas, its surface littered with (intact) tea things and edibles, some of which have spilled over onto the couch itself. a high-backed, threadbare arm chair (look, a rhyme!) is at one end of it, and a man is sitting in it, arms folded across his chest, head lowered as if in sleep. go on, help yourself to some tea and scones~.]

[This Namine isn't really seen much. Mostly because she stays out of sight due to not knowing many people here. She doesn't want to have to draw even more attention to herself. The ears and tail do that enough.

But, it seems like the DR has decided it wants to draw attention to her today. By sticking her in this.

She did used to have to do a lot of housework back home, and she does continue to do a lot of that work here, but really. This is ridiculous. Namine is not a happy kitty.]
