[and right in the middle of all this gloom, doom and Halloween spirit, there comes an incredibly bright shaft of Light searing its way through into the DR. if you squinted, you might see what appears to be a golden road, leading up to great golden gates and Kingdom Hearts at the end of it, but more immediately you'd see someone who looks very much like a Riku descending with said Light.

As the Light fades, you'll see his wings are a pale gray, and he's dressed all in white, barefoot. He's looking around, not in consternation at where he is, but in satisfaction.]

[well, someone's bursting through a wall. And it's a Kairi! The Dressing Room doesn't waste a second by materializing her costume right away. however, she's not alone. a lanky, fifteen-year-old Riku is at her side, also attempting to fight--er.

they may need some help. skeleton velociraptors can't be easy to kill.]

[Someone's strolling out of the library looking more than a bit troubled. Then again, that's probably because his Halloween getup is splattered and stained in blood. Believe it or not, it came with the costume- but it's still unsettling to be soaked in who-knows-whose blood.]

[annnd here's Kai, dressed like a ninja (not Naruto himself, just that outfit) because someone apparently decided he should look like he's fresh out of his boyfriend's universe. he's... uh. well, he's standing on the wall. yes. and thoroughly enjoying himself, even as he loses control and falls; he was only a couple feet up, after all. and he's standing to try again.]

[in the kitchen, Roxas is munching on a random fruit (a mango, to be exact) that he found in the fridge, having gained a craving sometime shortly after his costume change. the hood is up, and with him facing away from the door, it's probably difficult to tell who he is at first. there's also a little bat tail sticking out of the back of the outfit. if for some reason you feel like grabbing it, it happens to squeak.]

[what's this? in one of the common areas, an ancient-looking candle on a stand has appeared, next to another stand that has a rather... interesting-looking book under glass. it's bound with human skin, for those that can tell. there's a plaque sticking out from the candle's stand that reads:

Black Flame Candle - Made from the fat of a hangman. Legend says that on a full moon it will raise the spirits of the dead when lit by a virgin on Halloween night.

[Namine had been hanging up homemade Halloween decorations around her bedroom door when she noticed something was wrong. Mostly that when she bent down to pick up another tissue ghost her underwear was visible. With an eep she stood up straight and flattened the suddenly ruffly dress. Cue worried glances up the hall to make sure that nobody saw that. And had that broom always been leaning against the wall next to her?

She sighed and grumbled to herself.] I guess this is the dressing room's halloween joke then...

[There is a large moogle sighing heavily as it walks down the hallway. Yup, she's been hit.]
