[so there's a big tree in the main room now, and Kai's sitting nearby with a large pile of presents. he looks a little tired, but quite happy nonetheless. after a moment he leans forward and stretches, the wings he acquired yesterday stretching out as well, which makes him roll his eyes. they're cool, but they get in the way.

if you've ever talked to Kai, chances are you've got a present, however small, sitting in the pile! not to mention he's got plenty of baked goods on a table next to him for anyone who wants some.]

[Anyone who wanders in the kitchen today will find it a mess. Although there is a large-ish cake sitting on the counter, covered in chocolate frosting with strawberries placed neatly on each level. And of course, the master chef himself- admiring the finished cake and still wearing last night's formal wear, now covered in flour stains and more.]
