[Axel's in the game room today. he got started playing Kingdom Hearts with Kai the other day, but as soon as he came in here just now he realized he probably shouldn't play on his own, without Kai to explain things to him. :|a so he started poking through movies and things to watch instead, and up on a shelf he found his current entertainment.

he's sprawled all over the couch, feasting out of a large container of what appear to be chinese takeout spare ribs, and he's watching... porn. guy-on-girl porn, which would explain why he's still fully clothed, and watching it with the kind of detached interest people watch doctor's office waiting-room TV with. feel free to come in and join him, or be horrified that he's watching porn where children could see (the door of the game room is still open), or be a child and come in so he can demonstrate his horrible parenting skills!]

[and my mun just remembered that conversation these two had while Kai was in the pod, about how they should just like. hang out and watch movies or something.]

I dunno, I found a bunch of them and was bored, so why not? It doesn't do much for me, since it's got girls in it.

I was too, actually, but they were up high where not many people would look for something to watch. I was only in here because I'd been playing a video game with Kai, but I figured I probably shouldn't play on my own, without him around to explain things to me.

Kingdom Hearts-- oh man that feels good. I hope you're just doing that because you want to, and not because you feel like you should or something, because I really don't want to make you stop.

[his hands go still for a moment when he hears that name, then his thumbs are pressing into Axel's arch. he doesn't specify just why he's doing this, having a feeling Axel might ask him to stop if he does.]

What kind of a game would be named after Kingdom Hearts?

It's uh. Sora's whole story, just in video game format. Kai says there are four games.

But... How do you know which it is?

I dunno. I mean, I think it's just the common history that the majority of them went through, but there're probably little differences all over the place. And then there'll be people who have nothing in common except the names and personalities and relationships, like the Sora from my world.

Nah, of course not. I don't have the cheesy ninja movies Ri gave me in here, but I bet we can find something else.

[hauls himself up out of the couch and goes across the room to poke through the DVDs.]

Hey, this kid looks kind of like Nami. In an action flick, no less. That's pretty ironic.

[he looks curious, but still doesn't venture from his place on the floor.]

Dunno. I feel like he mentioned something like it at one point, but hell if I can remember. So should we watch this one?

[he still looks very interested, despite the passively agreeable response.]

[ah, but even he recognizes that first part as the more genuine answer. that gets a grin out of him, and he goes to put the movie into the DVD player.]

Are you gonna sit on the couch or are you good there? I'm fine either way.

[he thinks about that, shifting his knees a little as he thinks about how long the movie could be. he's used to being situated the way he is, but thinks Axel may not have brought it up if he wouldn't prefer Riku on the couch.]

[wouldn't pre-- well, would, but only because he likes being close to people. but mostly it's that parts of HIS body would go to sleep if he stayed like that. :|a plops back down on the couch, rescuing the container of ribs as he does.]

Nah, not at all. Plus I always got scolded in school for sitting on my feet like that. They said it was bad for them, being strained like that for longer than a minute or so.
