[ There's a perfectly ordinary hallway that branches off from one of the main, leading to a downward staircase. If one were to walk down, they would notice how the walls and stairs themselves are decaying, changing as the steps go down from the regular floors and ordinary wood to stone. It leads down, not too far, to a long series of underground tunnels. Mostly man-made, but with natural formations as well. The sound of water running can be heard to the left and loud, scraping footsteps to the right. Which direction would you take? ]

[Well that's something she has yet to see in the dressing room! She peers over the edge at the falling water, staying a reasonable distance from the drop-off point.]

[She might catch a glimpse of color through a thinner part of the waterfall!]

[Oh, hmm. What is that?]

[Looks like... a Riku! Moving out from behind the waterfall on a ledge along the walls. Cool, secret areas.]

[I can't figure out how to cooly describe using water powers to descend a waterfall but it can be assumed that's what happened!]

What're you doing all the way down here?

[Badass. Riku looks surprised to see her down in the middle of nowhere like this. She looks a little worse for wear, as it goes. It looks like she's been in a fight, but not recently.]

Uh... Exploring, I guess.

Find anything interesting?

[Evidence of a fight doesn't really surprise her. Not when it comes to Rikus in general.]

I don't know. I kept seeing... something, but it disappeared.

[She shrugs.]

[Headtilt.]

A heartless?

[She shakes her head.]

Not a heartless. It didn't feel like anything familiar.

Strange. Do you want to keep looking for it?

I was planning on it.

[Gosh, she's a Riku.]

Mind if I come along, then?

[After all, Rikus are kind of I'll-do-it-myself people.]

Sure.

[Wait.]

Sure as in go ahead. I don't mind.

[She'll just... gesture for her to follow.]

[And so she does!]

So what did it look like? Did you get a clear view?

No. Human-shaped? But it didn't have any features that I could make out.

[She'll go quiet now, lost in thought over what it could be.]

[Who knows? Riku's quiet as well, hands hanging at her sides as they go. She's a little tense, but only because she doesn't know what it was. Or even what it could have been.]

[It's hard to be tense when Kairi has yet to see the thing herself. Still, she's trying to be cautious.]

[Eventually Kairi might hear footsteps behind her.

There's nothing there, of course.]

[That'll make for a frustration realization when she whips around, expecting some kind of monster.]

[Riku looks at her, curious. Whatever it was, she didn't hear it.]

[She's writing it off as her imagination, maybe. After all, it's not like there can be anything that bad down here, right?]

[Who knows?]
