[ We all know how that Riku has taken to the change, but what about some others?

There are other people, like, say, a

healerclass who has taken to the second story window a nice little home to peer around with a pair of large hot pink binoculars. She's watching this

knighttildawn patrol the bridge in armor. On the other side of the neighborhood, an

dawningcoast has dropped her bags of groceries she was taking home to haul ass after her son. Baby Aden has decided that clothes are unnecessary. As for the older

hallowedshore? He's not actually sure he likes this change. He's sticking to the apartments for now, sitting on the roof with his legs hanging dangerously over the edge.

Down below, a

hidesandseeks is going around trying to figure out where all of her friends and family now live, and

royaltentacles is slinking through alleyways only once night has fallen. No one probably cares where

thundery is, and that's just fine with him. He's laid claim to a pretty little castle. ]

[Kira has managed to shake her bodyguards ~~or so she thinks~~ and is just wandering around, trying to take everything in; it's all so big and open and slightly scary]

[Sweet, delusional Kira. There is a half naked, howling baby running across that yard. He would like to think he's slightly scary, too, but it's probably more funny than anything. Freedoooooooom.]

[Kira is used to this and is quick like ~~Uncle Axel~~ ninja, scooping up baby Aden with practiced ease]

Who's so scary? Aden's scary!

[He screams like a little banshee and kicks his feet. He only has one show on and it's untied, and he'd worked his shirt off long ago. Which Riku is holding as she makes her way toward both of them, a bit slower since Kira has caught her little hellion.]

[Kira is used to juggling squirmy babies and gives Aden a little toss]

Someone's getting heavy.

[He squeals, but it quickly turns back into shrieks.]

And fast.

[Says his mommy, who looks appropriately annoyed.]

Good catch.

This is why I'm your favorite babysitter.

[Kira will amuse Aden a bit]

I'm not denying it. Want to try getting this back on him?

[She holds up the shirt he ditched.]

Oh sure. Does Aden want to wear this color shirt, or a color like Kira's shirt?

[she takes the shirt and holds it up to Aden, then points to her own shirt, which is pink]

[He would start hissing instantly. As it is, he's still flailing and then he's going to try and snap his teeth at her.]

[that gets a frown]

Aden, you either wear this one, or one the same color as me. Or else I'll dress you up specially.

[which means Aden will be wearing a dress and there will be pictures]

[Oh good job, now he looks like he's going to cry.]

[distraction successful! she'll whip that shirt over Aden's head and hand him over to Auntie Piku]

There! Look who's a scary boy now!

[Riku rolls her eyes and adjusts him carefully against her chest, though now he's hissing again.]

I'm used to it. Though I'm glad to see you, Auntie Piku-pie. Where are you living now?

[She looks around, then points toward one area of the neighborhood a little ways off.]

A house over there. Come on, I'll show you.

Alright. I'll be glad to visit. And I need to know where you live!

[She starts heading back to where her fallen bags of food are, thank you Aden. One of his toys is lying on the sidewalk some distance away, too.]

You'll know where we live along with Kai, Axel, and Inaya. We're almost in the same house.

[Technically. It's actually a duplex, so it's more like two houses in one. It's cozy!]

... Daddy's freaking out.

[that sounds like a nice setup!]

I know.

[She doesn't even have to see him to know.]

What about?

About everything changing. We're still in the apartment building, but out house is, like, practically the whole floor now. I don't know if we're going to move.

[Raze is the toy. She is currently juggling Aden as she picks up groceries, because she's not about to put him back down so he can run off again.]

Oh, sure.

[she doesn't even flinch as she picks up the toy]

And I think Daddy would prefer to be with the rest of the family. It's weird that we didn't get moved automatically too.

I don't know. It was a pretty big shock to wake up to.

[She would have liked some warning.]

With all my baby siblings, it might take some time before we move. You'll have to talk to Daddy about it.

[waves the toy at Aden]
