[he's seated in a large beanbag chair with Molly on his lap, petting him and looking faintly annoyed with the world at large. after a moment he pauses as if listening to something, then leans down and hugs the kitten.]

I know it's uncomfortable, Kai, but I don't know how to fix this.

(ooc: You heard him. :| I thought switching with his kitten would be humorous.)

Oh. Well, you're welcome, then. He's a sweet child. Much nicer than my previous charges.

[that kitten is nice and comfortable now, possibly even purring quietly.]

[lifts an eyebrow, glancing from Kai to Molly.]

This one was more voluntary, of course. But my previous life was rather hectic; watching over two men trying to avert an apocalypse.

[smiles fondly at the thought of them.]

[blinks at him, wondering how old Molly really is as she takes a seat nearby.]

I wonder if I could find Ri before this spell is over. I don't mind people thinking I'm creepy, because I know my actions tend to be, but his insistence that I'm evil is rather annoying.

I'd like to see how Ri would react to this.

[Riku's not going to find him quite so creepy after this, either.]

[Riku has a kitten nuzzling at 'his' chest right now.]

[goes back to petting him very gently, and smirks.]

[well now Kaikitten's nuzzling into the pets, while Molly just looks amused.]

I also need to talk to him about that little Sora. He gets into far too much trouble.

[a Sora is a Sora. Riku shakes his head, keeping up with the petting. Kaikitten is kind of adorable.]

He still needs to be kept under closer watch. I don't want to think about what would've happened if I wasn't able to get through to him and he continued climbing the cabinets.

[frowns at that, looking thoughtful.]

Yeah. Might be a good idea for you to talk to Ri while you can.

Get through to him?

The way I normally talk to Kai. It's like telepathy, but usually only reaches him. He wasn't around, though, so I had to try and speak with Sora directly.

[frowns thoughtfully.]

I managed to get a word through, but it surprised him enough that he fell and hit his head on the floor.

[...well, that's kind of... hm. frowns a bit. Riku's curious about that telepathy thing.]

But he's alright.

[laughs softly.]

He was ridiculously stubborn during the entirety of it, but I managed to get him to take a potion.

[nods, a little concerned on the inside, but not showing it too much.]

Good.

I'm fairly sure he's fine. There didn't seem to be any more damage than a bump on the head.

Didn't think so. Soras...

[trails off and shakes her head, looking down at Kai again.]

[Kai has settled down for a cat nap, letting out little, kitten-y snores.]

They seem to get into trouble quite often.

[...aww, how cute. Riku smirks again.]

No kidding. Kais too.

[lets out a gusty sigh, smiling and nodding.]

Kais too.

Guess you know that already by now.

I doubt he's as much trouble as the older ones, but yes.
