Uh, kinda. I mean I haven't been here too long, so I guess.

Your name. Everyone here has the same one, and even guys who are replicas are like... using the same name. It's annoying if I'm looking for a specific person, because if I say: "HEY RIKU" in a crowded room, half the people look at me.

And I've only been here a few weeks, I think.

Oh. Well I was somewhere else before here where I got told I might as well name myself because no one else bothered to. So yeah. Maybe all the Rikus should change their names too.

I don't even know how long I've been here. Not...a long while.

Yeah? I never even thought to pick my own name. Riku gave this one to me, but I like it.

Well, before I was here I was on this, uh, boat thing, right? And I wake up there and everyone's calling me Riku and so I called myself some stupid thing or another because I'm not Riku--and then I uh, changed it. I think it was insulted for sounding stupid, so, it's Kurai now. [shrugs.]

[p-pause.] Oh, I'm. Talking way too much about this.

I just woke up in Castle Oblivion after... everything had happened. And I found out it had been over a year since Sora was there and it was really strange. But I was able to go to Destiny Islands again, and Riku gave me my name.

Oh, okay. You went to the islands? I died and woke up on some demonic cruise ship. Named myself. Then out of nowhere I wound up here. Kinda tired of getting thrown into these cross-dimensional things.

That sounds really exciting though!

I died, woke up, went to Destiny Islands, and finished high school. And then I ended up here. But... it was okay, because everyone was there.

I went for two years. It was... interesting? At least I got to be with Sora and Riku and Kairi. Namine decided not to enroll too.

Oh, sounds cool. I floated in the Darkness for a while, I think. Or something like that, I have no idea.

I have no idea what happened to me. I think I drifted in Darkness too, before I woke up again.

It wasn't all that fun. I really hated the jocks at school, but Mom got angry whenever I got into a fight.

Oh, uh, I mean Riku's mom. I... well, his parents took me in. It was better than staying in Castle Oblivion.

Well, I did get to fuck with them. I set the Darkness on a couple of them and one of the jocks still can't sleep without a nightlight.

Yeah? Well that's lucky. I never got along with the Riku I knew. Oh well, too late now.

Hey, I'm not letting myself go! *puffs up with pride* I still spar nearly every day, and I go Heartless hunting when I need to.

And well... at first I didn't get along with Riku. It was like Oblivion all over again. But then... *shrugs a little* Riku's one of my boyfriends now.

Cool, cool. I uh, don't. I don't do much at all, actually.

Yeah. Sora and Riku, actually. They were together first, and I sorta... butted my way in. Namine's my girlfriend, too. It's... uhm... kind of complicated.

I like to...avoid getting injured. To each his own or something cliche like that. [shrugs.]

Oh. Well, if you're all happy with that, uh, keep at it? [yeah this is not something he hears every day.]

*nods and gives a little smile*

I don't mind getting hurt so much, if it's to protect the ones precious to me. I try and keep my promises as much as I can.

And yeah... I'm happy.
