[ There's a perfectly ordinary hallway that branches off from one of the main, leading to a downward staircase. If one were to walk down, they would notice how the walls and stairs themselves are decaying, changing as the steps go down from the regular floors and ordinary wood to stone. It leads down, not too far, to a long series of underground tunnels. Mostly man-made, but with natural formations as well. The sound of water running can be heard to the left and loud, scraping footsteps to the right. Which direction would you take? ]

I can't believe this is actually happening.

[She would be facepalming if it weren't for her Keyblade.]

Are you really surprised with this place?

[The double rolls her eyes and points her own blade at Kairi.]

Get lost.

Rude.

[She tilts her head up a bit.]

I don't know which of you is the 'fake', not that it really matters in a place where there's a ton of Rikus anyway, but I think I like the one who isn't being a total jerk more.

[She frowns, then turns away from her, back to the first Riku, and moves into her signature battle stance. The other follows suit.]

Whatever. Just stay out of my way.

[Kairi is the most mature, and sticks her tongue out at that Riku's back.]

[Good thing she couldn't see that!! But whatever, it's fight times. It's going to be a vicious one, too.]

[She puts some distance between them and her for her own safety, but she definitely isn't leaving. She'll just be over here watching worriedly.]

[With how fast they are and how much they move, she'll probably lose track of them. A stray dark firaga may be sent her way, however.]

[Then her reflexes kick in and Reflect get! It probably isn't the best, but at least it should keep it from glancing off her if she didn't dodge enough.]

[That gives one of them an advantage when her double glances back at Kairi and manages to get hit in the face for her distraction. Down she goes!]

[Ouch. Kairi winces at the hit, feeling a little guilty. She's going to start moving toward them again. While she doesn't feel she can really interfere in this fight, she's not going to let it go past just a fight.]

[Well she goes down, and the double pierces the ground near her face with her blade, but the one on the ground has hers up at the same time, positioned just right against the other's chest. Oh dear.]

I don't understand. Why are you two even fighting?

[The one on the ground scowls, but doesn't take her eyes off of the double.]

Because she tried to kill me.

But why even bother with that here?

[She'd rather they didn't bother with it anywhere, but.]

How should I know?

[It's the standing one this time, looking annoyed.]

She came at me out of nowhere.

This is stupid.

[She is making her way right up to them. Her Keyblade is still out, just in case, but she doesn't look like she's about to use it.]

Then what do you suggest?

[The one on the ground remains silent, scowling at them both.]

What makes you think she's even human? She didn't say a word before you showed up.

Look, I don't know what your guys' issue with each other is. I don't pretend to know everything that happened to my own Riku.

[Her expression is firm. She's not picking sides, but she's not backing down, either.]

But just fighting to the death or whatever every time you run into each other is just going to make the both of you even angrier.

[The one on the ground scowls harder, annoyed with her position and Kairi's attitude.]

Are you even listening? I didn't come here looking for a fight. She came at me. Now she's twisting things around.

[You know what, she's going to try and get their weapons... away from each other so the grounded 'ku can stand.]

I am listening!

[She looks at the standing Riku.]

Say you win. What then?

[The one on the ground resists at first, but relents. The standing one tries hard not to budge.]

What do you mean?

Exactly that. You win, she's beaten, maybe dead, whichever. Then what? What do you get out of it?

The peace of mind in knowing she's not going to do it again?

[She sounds confident about that, at least.]

Would you if it was the other way around? Do it again, I mean?
