[ It's like something right out of a horror movie. Aden's standing in the closest bathroom, completely uncaring about the open door in light of the fact that the place is covered in blood. There's a lot of it, covering part of his face and both hands, having dripped down his front, and it looks like he's the one responsible by the way it's splashed up in the bathroom sink and splattered across the mirror. Normally, this would be a perfectly acceptable every day deal, but Aden actually looks disturbed and uneasy. Which means this is definitely not your normal every day deal. ]

Alright. Are you hurt?

[he withdraws his hand immediately and edges back slightly to give Aden some space. he's pretty much the calmest person Aden's going to get here, almost clinically so; he knows from experience that when someone else is possibly injured, panicking isn't helpful.]

[Thank god for the non-humans! He probably feels a little feverish, but he's not flushed at all, or anything like that. But he's very grateful for the space.]

Iss there anything I can do? I know you are unussual for your kind, but thisss cannot posssibly be normal.

[you're welcome. he's still blocking the entire doorway, and doesn't even realize that this may be a good place to be, for the benefit of everyone else in the dressing room.]

[That last part ends on a laugh, a kind of edged and manic one that doesn't sound like anything that should be coming from a remotely sane person.]

[He shakes his head, leaning so far over the sink it's nearly resting on the faucet.]

[He's getting pissed off again, but not toward Axel.]

Then I know of the clossse locatssion of a freezsser that you could go in for a while. I have been told that humansss can ssurvive cold like that for a fairly long time, and it would keep you pacssified.

[naga logic: extreme cold basically shuts a naga down, so it might work on a human!]

[He stops to think about that, eyes on the far wall as he concentrates.]

Good. Cold might work.

[Worst case scenario he freezes to death, and they've tried both methods! Win-win situation!]

[Axel nods silently and moves out of the way so Aden can leave the bathroom. once he has, they'll be heading down the hall. it goes past a kitchen, unfortunately, so the chance of at least passing someone else is pretty high.]

[He crosses his arms tightly over his chest, walking out without a care for the blood in the bathroom of the frightening mess he is. He'll stick in the middle of the hallway, so Axel will be able to tell if he tries to go in any direction.]

[he's almost herding Aden down the hall, managing to be beside him and behind him at the same time. it really isn't that far; the walk-in freezer's sort of behind the kitchen, just down a side hall. hopefully they get there without anything awful happening?]

[...nah, they should get to it just fine, especially since Aden's keeping his eyes on the ground.]

[oh good. Axel twists the door handle and hauls it open when they get there, wincing slightly at the cold that rushes out. idk how walk-in freezers work, but surely there's a light in there that can be controlled from inside or something.]

Here. I will check on you, and I ssuppossse if you sstart feeling better you can bang on the door. If you called out I do not think I would hear you.

Yeah. This is great. You can lock it from outside, right?

[He doesn't even care if it's a freezer, the cold is just an off-chance bonus. If it can keep him locked up that's great.]

Yesss. I will sstay here to make ssure no one elssse triess to open it.

[that's true! this was just fortunate all the way around.]

[whenever, Axel's very patient. \o/ he nods and moves his tail more out of the way so Aden can go into the freezer, and if he checks on Aden later and there's nothing in there, then he'll attempt to track him down to make sure he came back alright.]
