There's a new Ven and [Bad username or site: keybearer_lost title=Aqua @ livejournal.com], DR! And they have both just casually walked out from a closet, holding a piece of paper.

And reading aloud from it, at least Ven is.

"Enforcer Aqua and Agent Ven are to investigate an anomaly that has been drawing people in from around the multiverse and report their findings to the Department of Sinkholes and Nexuses. 15 plat each for successful return."

Scratching his head, Ven muttered "Successful return?", before turning back towards the closed door of the closet, and opening it. Only to find piles of clothes inside it.

"Uh oh."

Aqua, who had been reading over the younger Agent's shoulder, is just as surprised to see the change in scenery. When the closet they happened to walk out from turns out to have clothing in it, she turns to another door, only to find a ladies' room where one definitely shouldn't be.

She can't help but sigh, already feeling the inevitable headache coming on.

"I guess the mission starts now?"

Ven scratches his head as he looked at the letter, the closet's door, and the letter again.

Well, time to go to work.

"Yeah, I think."

There's a beat of silence.

"You think we should ask around?"

"That would be the best course of action. Just stay with me. We don't know this world and somehow I don't think us getting separated will help the 'successful return' portion of the mission."

Plus, she's still in the "OHGOD, IT'S VEN!" phase of her brainbreak. He should consider himself lucky she doesn't hover over him when they're at the main compound.

Well, with a nod, they set off on walking around the new place!

With Ven leading and bouncing because oh God he's so damn excited about an adventure!

She can't help but smile at him bouncing ahead of her. Same old Ven. Now if only the nagging in the back of her head would die down. Now was not the time to think of possibilities, but rather the mission at hand.

The one she's technically in charge of, but she can't help but let Ven have his way this time around. Not when it's been so long for her.

"Be sure to keep your Keyblade and Analyzer concealed. We don't want anyone finding out about those yet."

Like it'll be at all necessary once they run into some of the locals....

[Roxas adjusts his coat a bit. Interestingly, he's carrying a plastic bowel full of what looks like beef stew. Looks like he's gonna be having it for dinner.

Which is funny, because back at the bureaucracy, Roxas doesn't eat anything other than ice-cream... and doesn't usually eat, come to think of it. (Of course, this one doesn't usually eat either. He just dug it out of a fridge, recognised it as stew, and is now taking it back to his room.)

He looks at the other guy. It's a...nother Roxas? Or a Ven. Yeah, judging by the outfit, it's a Ven. Ho, strange new Ven!]
