[most of Kai's friends know by now that he likes meditating in a certain outdoor room under a certain tree. but anyone remotely near that garden, possibly even those who aren't too good at sensing it, might feel that burst of Light. it seems a bit chaotic, and peeking into the garden will show Kai slumped forward, Light rising off him like smoke. it still feels like his, but it's... too strong, too bright. like he doesn't have complete control over it. maybe meditating while worrying so much about Rikka and the whole End of the Dressing Room plot Demon had told him about was a bad idea.]

I worry a lot too. You just have to be able to listen past all the worrying and scary feelings.

[he lets go of her hand, sighing. having to think about this without meditation is helping, and his Light goes down enough for his eyes to be visible.]

I guess there isn't really much of a decision to be made... it would be a lot worse one way.

[yeah, he's definitely getting back to normal. his Light's almost at normal levels, and there's none coming off him visibly anymore.]
