[there's a Nami seated on the floor in a room done up in soft blues and greens, papers scattered around him. on the papers are various things; people, places, snapshots in time, fixed in coloured pencil- they all have two things in common: the dressing room and Kai. Nami's almost done fixing Kai's current memory problem, and will probably be completely finished in the next day or so. at the moment he's started on what looks like a riverside clearing in a forest.]

[don't worry, there's nothing nsfw in there-- mostly pictures of people, with a few scenes. Riku might recognize the kitchen, and Kai's room.]

[sdflkjgh. She wasn't expecting anything like that, and she's just flipping through to glance them over. She does recognize it. Both of them]

[he's really just working on the less important things now, memories Kai would be able to function without if anything were to happen that stopped the fixing.]

[Ah, good. That's very smart. Riku's happy everything appears to be going well, and holds the papers back out ot Nami.]

[takes them, ducking his head a little. what no, no crush here.]

The big stuff is done. If something happens, he'll be okay without it being finished.

[dawnrise]

[...o rly. Well! Riku's oblivious, and nods.]

That's good. Hopefully nothing happens, anyway.

[seasides]

[ya rly, oops.]

I don't see why it would, but it's better to be safe.

[dawnrise]

[ffff.]

Exactly. You can never be sure in this place.

[Pauses, and rubs the side of her head.]

The fact that this happened at all is proof of that.

[seasides]

Mmhm.

[deeerp fidgets for a moment.]

I'm going to get something to eat. Do you want to come?

[dawnrise]

...Sure. It's nice seeing you again.

[Pulls herself up.]

[seasides]

[brightens!]

I missed talking to you.

[dawnrise]

[Smiles a bit.]

Yeah. I missed talking to you too.

[seasides]

Maybe one day when me and Kai are able to separate, we'll be able to talk more.

[dawnrise]

[She has thought about that before, and nods again.]

That would be great.

[seasides]

It would be. I've had more than one person tell me I need some friends here.

[dawnrise]

[Raises an eyebrow.]

Really.

[seasides]

Mmhm. I don't see the point in trying to make them until I'm able to separate, though.

[dawnrise]

Guess I can understand that.

[She frowns, though, because it's kind of sad. Either way, she considers Nami a friend.]

[seasides]

[it makes him a little sad, but having to force Kai to give up time doesn't feel right to him.]

[dawnrise]

[After this is all fixed and over, she might start looking for a way to safely separate them. So many others can.]

... Right. Kitchen?

[seasides]

Mm, right!

[cough yes let's go to the kitchen. also, they'd both appreciate that, definitely.]

[dawnrise]

[She'll start heading that way! And she probably won't tell Kai, but she'll definitely do her best to try and find a way.]

[seasides]

[well fine, be that way. still, if she finds something, they'll both be ecstatic. except Nami won't be so much once he gets his own body because then he won't have a heart, but that's pretty easily fixed.]

[dawnrise]

[Indeed, that would become her new goal if they made it that far. So, how long is it until they reach the kitchen?]

[shouldn't be very long, not more than a couple minutes.]
