[there's a Nami seated on the floor in a room done up in soft blues and greens, papers scattered around him. on the papers are various things; people, places, snapshots in time, fixed in coloured pencil- they all have two things in common: the dressing room and Kai. Nami's almost done fixing Kai's current memory problem, and will probably be completely finished in the next day or so. at the moment he's started on what looks like a riverside clearing in a forest.]

[it makes him a little sad, but having to force Kai to give up time doesn't feel right to him.]

[dawnrise]

[After this is all fixed and over, she might start looking for a way to safely separate them. So many others can.]

... Right. Kitchen?

[seasides]

Mm, right!

[cough yes let's go to the kitchen. also, they'd both appreciate that, definitely.]

[dawnrise]

[She'll start heading that way! And she probably won't tell Kai, but she'll definitely do her best to try and find a way.]

[seasides]

[well fine, be that way. still, if she finds something, they'll both be ecstatic. except Nami won't be so much once he gets his own body because then he won't have a heart, but that's pretty easily fixed.]

[dawnrise]

[Indeed, that would become her new goal if they made it that far. So, how long is it until they reach the kitchen?]

[seasides]

[shouldn't be very long, not more than a couple minutes.]

[dawnrise]

[Great. Riku will be pretty quiet on the way there, mostly because she's thinking.]

[seasides]

[and Nami will be quiet because awkward. once they reach the kitchen, he'll be going to check if there are any leftovers in the fridge.]

[dawnrise]

[Aw, Nami. Riku takes to leaning against the counter while he does that, watching him absently.]

[seasides]

[eventually he pulls out some sort of leftover spaghetti and heads for the microwave!]

[dawnrise]

[Spaghetti is always a good choice. Though she hasn't been able to eat it in a while without thinking about bugs. She's going to get a drink!]

[seasides]

[watches the microwave as the spaghetti heats, feeling a little awkward now that the chance to talk is right there.]

[dawnrise]

[Sips her drink. She wants to talk, but she's blank on what to talk about.]

[seasides]

[yeahhhh. obviously they'll need to work that out at some point.]

[dawnrise]

[Yes. Hmmm.]

You're quiet.

[seasides]

I-I don't really know what to say.

[noooo he doesn't sound embarrassed.]

[dawnrise]

It's alright. But... We should talk while we can.

[Crosses her arms, trying to think.]

[seasides]

I know. I just can't really think of what.

[dawnrise]

Yeah... Me neither.

[Sips her drink.]

[seasides]

[sighs, taking the spaghetti out of the microwave and grabbing a fork.]

[dawnrise]

[Why so sighing.]

Something wrong?

[seasides]

I just wish it wasn't so difficult for us to just talk.

[dawnrise]

Yeah...

[She feels kind of bad. A lot of the stuff they talked about before everything happened involved what they were doing, huh?]

[seasides]

[pretty much. he's really not had much of an opportunity to just... talk about random things.]
