[ You know, when Riku found this room, she thought it would be interesting to explore. A giant room with giant toys. Nutcrackers, mostly, with some other classic toys - dolls, ballerinas, wooden blocks, and porcelain clowns... She thought she'd hang around for a bit, maybe experience life as a doll. Then the giant music box caught her eye, and she just had to investigate. That's how she wound up in this mess.

Not that you could immediately tell it was her. See, the only visible part of her is from the waist down. The music box? Locked, with a keyhole. Apparently she tried to get inside... And now she's stuck. Perfect. ]

Good to start with.

[Tenses up when one of the dolls move, and there's a sound-- sounds like a bunch of mice squeaking.]

Did you hear that?

Yeah... I did.

[Shoves her other arm through the opening. The noise is getting louder, too.]

[He really hopes she doesn't get stuck again, because he wouldn't know where to push. D: also, he's looking around to try to find where that sound is coming from.]

[Well, it might be from the giant mouse with the multiple heads coming out from behind that ballerina.]

AAH!

[panics and throws her shoe at it.]

[It bounces right off! Good job getting that head's attention, Roxas. Along with all six others. It's clothed, at least! And has a sword.

Riku is just... staring, she can't even believe this. Better try to wiggle out of that keyhole fast.]

[he's grabbing up her other shoe and looks very much like he's thinking about running behind the giant music box, but he can't just leave her there like that with that thing.]

What is that?

[Both arms and head are through, aaaand the other shoulder's out, so she's about where she was when he walked in! Only, you know, the opposite side.]

I don't know. But it's heading right for us.

[And it is, too.]

What're we supposed to do?

[He's not running away... yet. He's looking very panicked though, because that is by far the most frightening thing he's ever seen in this place.]

I'd say run.

[Given the fact that it is getting closer very quickly and unsheathing its sword... She is trying very hard to get out of there.]

[RUNNING IT IS THEN. He's not as fast as a Ven, but he is pretty quick on his feet at least? And is chucking her other shoe at its head in a valiant effort to keep it from going after her instead.]

[Running for your life does that to a person! He seems to have succeeded in focusing its attention on him, too, as the Mouse King follows! But that second hit gets an unpleasant squeak. It's mad now!]

[Ohgod why. Brb running into a pile of stuffed animals in hopes he can hide in there somehow]

[He probably can, given their size. But the Mouse King is pursuing! Be patient, Riku's almost got her hips through--]

[sob he's going to have nightmares for a week after this]

[Well, Riku's just crashed to the floor! She'll be on her feet shortly. Meanwhile, Mr. Mouse is stabbing his sword into a teddy bear.]

[THAT WAS UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE TO HIS HEAD. Yes Riku, you just heard a Roxas scream.]

[Oh geez. She's coming to the rescue, Roxas! Barefoot and Keyblade-wielding!]

Hold on!

[He's worming his way through the stuffed animals to try to get away, toward the toy soldiers, and is going to try to push one of them over onto the freaky mouse thing. If he can avoid that sword. D8]

[That sword is slashing away, but that was a good move - one that the king doesn't appreciate, as he gets knocked over. But look, Riku's here.]

[Yay, Riku! \o/ Come halp because I think I'm bleeding. ;;]

Head for the door.

[She's got her Keyblade held up high, eyes on the Mouse King who is struggling to get back up. The squeaking almost drowns out her voice.]

R-right.

[He starts heading that way, one hand gripping his arm to try to keep it from bleeding much and definitely not looking to see if that's working. He doesn't do very well at the sight of blood.]

[Riku will be following shortly, but not too quickly-- Okay maybe quickly, as he just fought his way up, knocking the toy soldier away. Screeeeeech.]
