[She has finally settled snugly into her room, hiding from the cold under her covers, sketching quietly and contently. It's been a while she's she's attended to her art, and for not so enjoyable reasons. Thankfully, she has fresh bandages on her arms and legs, and has made sure to lock her door, lest any unwelcoming figures come to disturb her peace of mind.

She yawns a little. A couple of nightmares have been keeping her up the past few nights, and has never been able to compensate her loss of sleep. Maybe now she'll get her peace and quiet.]





[ooc: or not (*bother*). wouldn't be too surprised if one or two knew how to get past locked doors here. hm?]

[Looks down and nods, swallowing. She's still a little sore from the ordeal.

Then she immediately turns her head back up with a hollow laugh.] Being small, powerless, and stupidly proud against a beserk Saix probably wasn't the best decision I could've made I guess.

[Nods with a smile.]

I have one...He promised to be there if I needed him, in case that Saix showed up again.

I won't take any chances though by wandering around again.

[nods] That's good. But maybe you should try defending yourself just in case.

[Looks down.]

That didn't work out so well the last time I tried it.

[Shrugs.] I'm guess I'm too weak or something. [Half-mutters that. Not something she's proud to admit.]

I don't think that's true. You don't necessarily have to fight and beat him. Something to distract him long enough so you can get away.

A distraction? Like what?

[Thinks a little.]

All I ever could do was kick or scratch him, but that just drove him more insane and homocidal against me.

Maybe an item that can help you. Like a smoke bomb or something. There's a room full of those, I think. Want to take a look?

[Considers it for a moment, then nods in agreement.]M-mhm. Sounds like a good idea. [As long as she's with someone else, it should be fine to leave the room.

With that, she pushes the bedcovers off of her and stands up, slipping on some sandals.]

Is it painful for you to move around?

[Shakes her head reassuringly.]

Not anymore. I should be fine.

[Takes a few steps to make sure. The bandage wrapped around her right leg probably isn't too convincing, but it doesn't seem she's having trouble walking.]

[Smiles in gratitude but shakes her head slightly.]

Better safe than sorry? It's not good to force it if you're injured.

[makes another portal, leading her into it. no need to be scared about it. it'll just mean she'll only walk a lesser distance.]

[She's a little cautious at first, not having been through any of these before. But she decides to trust him and walk into it, with no knowledge of any of the mechanics of this.]

[if a Princess of a Heart, dog and a duck can enter it and be fine afterwards, what more her? they only pass a short distance of the dizzying corridors before they come out the other end. the room looks like a weaponry and jewelry store all in one.]

[Well that is a good point. She steps out and turns around to observe her new surroundings, still intrigued by her recent means of transportation.]

[Smirks.] I guess this is a good indication I apparently haven't been out much around here.

[Glances over at a few weaponry items]

[Doesn't even bother to shake heard head but lets out a small laugh instead.

Decides to look down at his hand to see what little item he's holding that will help her.]

Yeah, and the one with the freaky stairs everywhere. [chuckles then holds some out for her to look]

The basic elemental rings let you burn or ice or electrocute an enemy, I think. And I think some chains provide a good magical defense so that you won't take too much damage no matter how hward someone hits you.

[Laughs.] Well then I definitely still have some exploring to do when I'm recovered.

[Examines each item and listens to his description, particularly attentive to the 'chains' part.] That would be especially useful for me, considering I don't know if anything is strong enough to hold him off.
