[Demyx is bored. Obviously he needs to find something to do. He's seen a lot of instruments around here, but he doesn't really recognize any. After all, most of them weren't invented until long after Ancient Greece. He's seen piano played by a couple people, so he sits down at one and takes a moment to try out the keys.

In a matter of minutes he's playing like a pro. Stupid music gods.]

[--promptly drops his music.]

[looks back at him, blinking] Hey. You ok?

I thought they didn't have pianos in Ancient Greece.

Oh, is that what this is called?

Um... yeah.

I've heard you play. You're really good~

[scratches the back of his neck before bending down and pulling up his sheets.]

Not compared to you.

[goes over to help] I'm a god, Riku. It's kind of my job.

You're really talented at it. Can you play a little?

[looks over at him, blushing a little. sighs, sits down.]

Y-yeah, I guess.

[smiles, sits next to him to listen]

[--does play, and pretty well. something from Beethoven.]

[closes his eyes as he listens]

[finishes off quietly, sighing a little.]

[hugs] That was really good. What's it called?

[blushing.]

Moonlight Sonata.

It's really nice. You played it well.

Thanks. I've practiced.

[still a little red, thnx.]

[pokes his cheek] You're a bit red.

Y-yeah, I guess.

What's up?

(Riku finally decided to put on a pair sunglasses. this guys a genius at the piano, and HE'S impressed. he looks at the general area where whoever it is playing is, can't see exactly who it is because of his poor vision)

Wow. You're really good.

[looks over towards him] Thanks~ Do you play?

Yeah. I've been playing since I was...six.

Wow, you must be really good~ If you want to play I'll move.

Sure.

(he sits down, and starts to play. yeah, this Riku's a genius at the piano. the years of practice+his natural skill really show)

[smiles as he listens] You're really good~

Thanks.

(he continues to play.)

I got a job where I take requests on the piano. Pretty much the best job I can get.

(being legally blind makes it hard to get a job)

Do you like it?

(nods)

It's a good job. I get to do what I like, and not have to worry about tripping over stuff.

That's good. [smile]

(he's surprised he didn't ask any questions about that. finishes the song)

Hey, have you seen any canes around here?

(he swore he would never use one, but it seems like he'll have to)

No, I haven't. I can look.

(he smiles, extremely grateful for that)

Thanks, that would be great.

[gets up and starts to look around. finds one and brings it back] Here you go~

(wow. that was quick)

(he stands up, and takes it. practices using it)

[Roxas was sitting in the piano room, and when Demyx started to play, he couldn't help but bob his head along with the music.]

You play beautifully, Demyx.

[grin] Thanks.

[He smiled.]

You're welcome. How are you settling in?

Pretty good. You?

[He shrugged.]

I miss the others, but it seems that a lot of them are showing up here.

Yea... soon most will be here, probably.

[He nodded.]

Yea, probably.
