I check my look in the mirror; Wanna change my clothes, my hair, my face--
[he's wandering about looking mildly uncomfortable, dressed in a pair of blue jeans and a simple white button up, hair out of its normal style and hanging down for once. he's got a bundle of clothes tucked up under one arm and is peeking into whatever open doorways he happens to pass, obviously looking for something but seemingly unable to find it]
...is there a washroom in this place...?

Hey, Sora.

H-Holy crap, Dem!
[that comic's in his lap now, a hand over his heart.]
When did you get here ...?
no subject
Sorry to startle you, there. I just found the place, trying to get this clean- but I dunno how to work any of those gadgets.
Whatcha up to?

I'm just washin' all my shirts and jackets I've managed to get here. Want help working those?
no subject
Ah, yeah, if you don't mind. Or just point me to where the detergent's stored in this place. I'm used to doing this stuff by hand.
no subject
Nah, why do extra work?
[meanders over to the machines to point at the dials.]
It's pretty easy.

Alright, teach away.

[points to the far left.] This is to adjust how much water you'll need for what kind of load you have. If it's a lot of clothes, you pick Super. If it's not a lot you pick light. Easy?
The second one's for hot, warm, or cold water. Normally you put darks in cold and lights in warm unless you have directions that say otherwise.
This dial is for how much time you need in the washer. Normally I just pick light no matter what and it's all good, but if you really don't have a lot you can pick less.
[holds up two jugs, one orange and one white.] This is detergent. Put a cap full in for a full load, and a little less the smaller the load gets. This-- [holds up the white one.] is fabric softener. Um ... it does exactly what it says, I guess. I never really understood the purpose but I put it in anyways.
Okay ... you think you got it?

So now we just wait and let it do the work?
no subject
Yup! When it stops I'll teach you how to use the dryer.

Hah, okay. Thanks for the help, Sora.
...are they s'posed to wobble like that?
