[ There is an extremely pissed off teenage boy running at top speed through the DR. Not too weird for Aden, but his appearance sure as hell is. He looks 100% human, with average green eyes and a healthy skintone. He has a stretch of rope in his hands meant for the creature he's chasing, a thinner and paler version of himself with bright glowing eyes and a shadowed appearance.

The double is having no trouble avoiding him, laughing in an insane, murderous way. Every step he take causes something to bloom from the ground. Bloody footprints, centipedes, beetles, and maggots. Pumpkin sprouts, candy, and razorblades. Watch your step. ]

[Maybe he'll just cry. That's a good reaction to today.]

[And now she notices the other Aden and flips out]

ADEN OMG OMG ADEN WHY ARE YOU ANOTHER ADEN YOU'RE SO GROSS AND ICKY DON'T DRIP ON ME THIS IS CASHMERE AND IT HAS TO BE DRY CLEANED WHAT'S GOING ON WHY ARE THERE TWO OF YOU DO YOU NEED SOME HELP I'D HUG YOU BUT YOU'RE DROOLY.

[Weeping. Or close to it, anyway. He does form a protective grip on Kira's louder half, especially when her attention makes his creepier one light up with interest. He doesn't waste any time, face immediately exploding into a writhing mass of centipedes.]

[SCREAMING. SCREAMING. SO MUCH SCREAMING. AND CLINGING TO THE ADEN WITH BETTER SKIN.]

[The calmer Kira has just flopped on the couch again and is watching TV. She warned Aden it would get louder.]

[It's like music to his ears. And possibly the equivalent of a mental blowjob or something, judging by the creepy one's reaction and instantaneous (though not immediately visible) arousal. He just sort of exhales once his face is back to normal, long and fluttery, looking like this is the best day or moment of his entire life. They could skin him alive right now and he wouldn't care. His eyes are glowing even brighter, and if Aden wasn't between them and unable to get away he'd have his hands on the louder Kira by now.]

[What makes it worse -- or maybe better from creepster!Aden's POV -- is that the louder Kira feels things more intensely than normal. So her creep/fear/terror quotient is exponentially higher at the moment than it would regularly be.

She's probably got a chokehold on normal!Aden, and might be close to crying, she's so scared.]

[Yeah, the human Aden is pretty fucking horrified himself, because there's absolutely zero percent chance his creeper self isn't getting a boner from that display. He's also high out of his mind, which probably won't end well for anyone. As he breathes it's accompanied by the sound of small, wriggly insects moving, as maggots fall out of his sleeves, masses of them spilling out of his clothes. Blood is pouring from his eyes and nose, and he looks so happy, even as his face starts to melt off in fleshy chunks.

The human Aden is conflicted. While most of his attention is focused on trying to peel Kira off of himself, he's also a little mindblown because it isn't affecting him at all. He's even a little repulsed by it himself, which has never happened, ever, and yells in surprise when his other self reaches for the louder Kira.]

[Kira shrieks. It's a high-pitched, wordless sound that probably bats can hear. She's completely burst into tears now and normal!Aden probably couldn't peel her off if he tried. She's even halfway started climbing him, as if that will get her farther away. If she wasn't so convinced that Aden would protect her, she might've run away hysterically at this point.

... the other Kira is watching a nature documentary.]

[Unfortunately that manages to knock Aden completely off balance, and he trips backwards, likely taking the louder Kira down with him. The creepy one takes this as the perfect opportunity to follow them and turn the entire floor into a writhing mass of insects.]

[Kira has gone nearly catatonic from fear, and that sets off her -- well, her Daddy refers to it as her 'chastity belt' when she's not around to hear -- subconscious defenses. Which means that a massive blast of Light has exploded and Kira's at the epicenter.]

[The human Aden yelps again and tries to shield himself from that, but the other one doesn't react quick enough. He's left giving off a shrill shriek, the light blinding him completely and sending him flying.]

[loud!Kira is a sobbing wreck, and doesn't even know what's going on anymore.

quiet!Kira, on the other hand...]

Keep it down. I'm watching TV.

[Aden's a little dazed, but not half as much as his creepier half. The bugs have disappeared with his lapse in concentration, and the human Aden peels himself into sitting up.]

Hey, relax. None of it's real. He's just an asshole. You threaten him with some glitter and he'll take off, I guarantee it.

[Kira will bat her big blue teary eyes at Aden, slowly calming down, but still very rattled]

... w-what...?

Glitter. It's like his kryptonite. That and cute things. And Santa Claus.

[His creeper self is still out of it on the ground, so he's going to try to help both himself and Kira up.]

... I like glitter. And cute things. And Santa.

[Kira will accept the hand up, and try and dry her eyes somehow]

I know. You could kick his ass if you wanted to.

[Without hurting him, even! Though she could probably do that too.]

I don't wanna kick anything! These are nice shoes!

[if she scuffs her shoes, she'd cry... again]

Not literally, jeez. That's why you have me.

[Please no, he can't handle it, today is already awful.]

How about you sit with other you while I take care of other me? I'll bring you both cake.

[Well Kira has certainly brightened up and will be giving Aden and enthusiastic hug]

Yay! Cake! I love cake!

[Aw yeah, he knows how to charm the ladies. Or at least one lady. He gives her a pat on the back, eyes on his creeper self just to make sure he's still dazed. Which he is.]

Alright. You have to sit down, though.

Okay!

[One last squeeze and Kira will be flouncing over to the couch to sit down, acting like the past terror hadn't happened at all]

[Excellent. He immediately races over to his other self, getting his arms under his shoulders and dragging him away. Maybe he'll just lock him in a closet for now, with something tied over that disgusting mouth.]

[Kira will just be happily babbling at her quieter self, and trying to get the remote away to change the channel to something more like a reality show... or maybe a fashion show!]

[Good luck to the quieter one. Aden will be at least ten minutes before he comes back, and they'll hear him (them) rather than see anyone at first. He's got his creepier self on a harness and leash, hands tied behind his back, tied even further to a doorknob just outside the room. It won't hold him forever, but it's better than locking him up and leaving him alone to traumatize someone else. He has in fact brought two personal-sized cakes with him! How sweet.]
