[She's sitting sideways with her legs out in front of her, so he should be able to see her entire left side, just from the odd angle of below. She stops drinking when she spots him, though. Doesn't exactly smell like a Nobody, does she?]

Is there any better reason? It doesn't all look like this, though. There're plenty of outdoor areas, and doors to copies of all the worlds you're probably familiar with.

No point, unless confusing new people counts. There's not a lot of point to most of the shit this place does, but a lot of it tends toward the annoying or life-ruining. Spells that swap you into someone else's body, change your gender, turn you into an animal, that sort of thing. There've been some worse ones, but those don't happen as often. You can't permanently die here, by the way. Some people stay gone for good, or go home when they die and then come back a while later, but for the most part.

[She looks thrilled, and a little more serious.]

Not at all. The answer is that you're not getting out unless this place sends you back, whether it's because you die or not.
