[In a cozy lounge, a warm log fire crackling, there's an old Nobody sitting in an old overstuffed armchair. Felicius here is chilling out.

Out in front of him, apparently projected from the device he's wearing on one arm, a little holographic show - 3-D video of him and various people - a lively freckle-faced boy of about ten, a punky blue-haired young woman, various others. Casually, every so often, he'll flick and poke at the images in the same way someone from a past era might at a smartphone touchscreen, navigating through scenes and zooming in and out.

Not often he indulges in nostalgia, really. Not often he spends time on what might be happening at home - if such things have any realistic meaning any more.
But sometimes these things just want to be done.]

((Tryin' to get a few characters who aren't named Xehanort back up and running out of my gang... so, sorry, guys, but that includes grumpy ol' OCs. :p))

[Countering your OC with an OC of my own. What does Felicius think of the 6-year-old that's attempting to climb onto the side of the armchair to get a better look at the video thing?]

[Oh. Well, he shouldn't be too surprised at having visitors, public room and all. Not going to be snappy at the kid, curiosity's only natural at that age-]

Oh, nothing important. Old memories.

Memories are important! Well, unless they're bad memories. You shouldn't be thinking about bad stuff.

[Armchair perch get! For about 10 seconds, then he slips off.]

Careful, there!

[It's almost a token warning, but he knows it'd be bad form not to at least say something. Boy's parents might not be too pleased if he got into a scrape and all.]

And - well, [a little relaxed smile for a moment] perhaps you're right. It just feels like such a small thing right now. So far away.

[He's pretty durable! Or so he thinks. His dad doesn't really think so. But his dad is a couple rooms down the hall, napping on a couch or something.]

M'not hurt.

[He gives up and leans against the arm of the chair instead.]

Your memories are far away?]

Not the memories themselves. [He actually chuckles a bit.] But the events themselves.

I should probably make this guy his own account

Oh.

[He's quiet for a few seconds. Then:]

Do you miss them?

[Miss them? Maybe. Maybe not. For him, it's hard to tell a real emotion from a synthesised one, especially when a lot of the events in his memories predate his current heart. In the end, he settles for-]

They're often on my mind.

[He brightens. He wouldn't get the difference between real and synthesized emotions, so it's a good thing that Felicius didn't mention anything like that. He reaches up to Felicius' arm, poking around to see if he can see more stuff.]

Can I see more of 'em?

Interesting technology.

[he says it from the doorway to that cozy little room, not wanting to get too close and... well, intrude. he certainly looks curious though.]

[Looking over, dialing the images back for a moment-]

It's nothing so exciting back where I come from. Or perhaps I should say 'when'.

Even so, I wouldn't be surprised if you got a few more questions because of it.

[he chews his lip in thought for a moment.]

Who... were they? If you don't mind me asking.

[Yeah, should've expected this sort of thing, he realises.]

Friends, family, acquaintances. People I knew, people I worked with. [A little bit of a sigh-] Just a little something from a life gone by.

People you miss.

[he nods in understanding, hands in his pockets.]

Don't worry, I won't push any about it.

Some I miss. Some I - wonder about. [He smiles slightly.] But what's done is done.

Very true. May I see it? Not those personal things, obviously, but I haven't really been in contact with technology like that. It's interesting.

Certainly. Ah, a moment - [a couple of quick swipes to end the video show and he pulls the main element of the device from his arm.]
A coder - it's commonplace technology back home. Personal data and possession storage, communications, applications - it'd be something like the [pause - what's the word - right] phones I've seen here, I believe, though I've never used one.

Oh, Master Felicius! I haven't seen you in awhile.

[He looks over and gives her a nod in acknowledgement.]

Ah, Kira. Well, I can't say I've had much to get out and about for lately. But one can get a little tired of the same scenery, after all... [A bit of a smile.]

Well, I'm glad to see you! I always miss my friends when I don't see them.

[she beams happily at Felicius, and he'd probably get a hug, if he didn't have that do-not-hug vibe]

[Probably not the comfiest of hugs either, with all the metal and plastic gear he's sporting in various places, but such is life. Smiling back-]

It's a pleasure to see you, too. And - well. That's only natural, after all. It's part of the reason I was looking at these old recordings.

Are these your friends, back home? Or are they family?

[Kira looks quite interested in learning more]

A mixture. Let me see -

[Swiping through a mixture of the videos, now, quickly zooming and pausing on specific people.]

Hah, I'd almost forgotten I had this old one on here! That's when I was younger; that's my family, there, and my own Master. ...It's the last image I have of her. Otherwise - [swipe] that's up to date, that's Micha. A friend. She worked with me on various projects - I suppose she'd still say she does, given everything. And - [swipe again, moving through videos, and a slightly sad-sounding sigh] my old apprentice. Pierre.

[Kira looks over the picture-videos very carefully, and she catches that strange tone in Felicius' voice]

You care a lot about them.

[He did. Once. And it's close enough for the way he is. So - a nod.]

They've meant a lot to me over time.
