a Heartless, disappearing into the floor, leaving behind its trademark inky black as it moves... but if you look closely, when it reemerges, it looks quite a bit more humanoid. in fact, it looks humanoid in every single way, except for the color and the eyes. in fact, this Heartless looks like a person quite a few people know...

upon being spotted, he'll do one of two things:

Keyblade present? Run. (Instead of vanish, because that would be too logical.)

Keyblade not visible? Wave brightly with a bright smile. ]

he frowns a little against his best friend's shoulder at the words, however. compared to Riku, his grip on him is light--though it's not for lack of trying. ]

For a while, I almost thought your Nobody was the only part of you that was left.

[He winces at the thought.]

And his memories... they're a mess, Sora.

[And he'd been so angry. So confused. So... lost.]

[ that's when he pulls back, frowns, and sighs.

yeah, he thought that was a big problem. but then he straightens his shoulders. he gestures to himself, then Riku, and presses a finger-claw to his heart.

in Sora's view, even if he wasn't a Heartless, he'd still be around in Riku's heart. there was no way his Nobody was the only thing left as long as Riku's memories kept him alive. ]

The moment Sora pulls away, Riku smirks, sliding just a wee bit closer to him. The reason?

To give him a light shove, of course!]

So you're still a total sap.

[ he wobbles, but then he playfully shoves Riku back.

You're the sap. his expression says, half-grinning and with a wrinkled nose. even when they're glowing and yellow, his eyes still laugh. ]

[Hah! Well, he'll grin right back, giving Sora a quick hair ruffle just for the heck of it.]

[ FIIINE he'll admit to it, but he shrugs like it's no big deal anyway. ]

and stretches his arms out wide, indicating "big".

and he draws a heart right on his chest.

with a beam, he indicates to himself. i have a big heart. ]

[ and then he sobers and puts up one claw again.

and points to riku. "you"

arms out wide--"big"

and then he gestures to Riku's head with a poke on his forehead.

and he has the biggest cocky smirk ever. you have a big head. ]

[Oh yeah? Oh yeah?

Well, Sora, prepare to get elbowed by your best friend before he smirks right back at him and crosses his arms.]

So you're saying I'm smart.

[keyless]

he shakes his head. nope. x|

darnit bff stop bringing up good points to his teasing. ]
