[an eerie fog has quickly overtaken a portion of Radiant Garden. if one happens to notice the odd, wet sound of metal beating on flesh and investigates, they will find Sora, dressed unusually (third outfit), in the middle of beating what appears to be a dead dog repeatedly with a pipe. though this may seem oddly cruel for her, a closer look at the dog will explain things somewhat. Sora's expression is full of fear and panic; she clearly has no idea what's happening or why instead of her sword, she summoned a simple, rusty pipe. she doesn't even notice the faint static coming from the radio in one of her vest's pockets. please, do be careful out there.]

(ooc: another early halloween costume, silent hill protagonist get. reposting after deleting it before oops. set during daytime, though the area is also quite dark for daylight hours, aside from the fog. lamp posts will be flickering occasionally, there may be the sound of movement nearby, though nothing will attack; for now any Silent Hill monsters that show up around Sora will be focused entirely on her thanks to the costume.)

[Riku gives her a wave, heading off to find something to do with her hair.]

Take your time. If anything does show up, I'll take care of it.

[in that case, once the door is closed again she'll finish stripping and take a shower that is probably way longer than she meant to take.]

[Yeah, Riku was kind of expecting that. By the time Sora does get out, a good chunk of Riku's hair will be braided messily. There will also be food in the oven, and Sora might be able to smell it once she gets out and away from all those soapy smells.]

[when Sora finally exits the bathroom, she'll sadly be in her costume. the other clothing that Riku brought just refused to stay on, going so far as to completely poof off her whenever she actually managed to get anything on.]

[Riku looks up from her spot on the floor, surrounded by circles and circles and circles of hair, and pauses in her braiding.]

Didn't work?

Nope... but it's okay, I'm mostly clean now and that's the important part.

Yeah. Feel better?

[At least her hair is clean, right?]

Much. D'you want some help with your hair?

If you want. There's a lot of it.

[She rubs at her hands a little, then cracks her knuckles. That's a lot of work.]

Are you hungry?

A little bit.

[she's used a lot of energy today, after all.]

Well, I've got chicken cooking, but if you want something else you're welcome to my kitchen.

[She gestures.]

I'm not exactly a chef. I'll just stick with what you're making.

[otherwise it'd probably just be a sandwich or something right now.]

Then I hope you like chicken.

[She would've made it anyway, but she's making more than she would have because Sora's here, and Riku figures she needs something real to eat.]
