ALL OVER THE FUCKING PLACE

but really, Kai is basically exploding with positive energy and Light today, thanks to the love and good feelings in the air that accompany this holiday! it's a pure hearted's high, really. he's heading down the hall looking like one cheerful fucker, pretty much glowing, planting vases of flowers here and there as he goes. just to help brighten up the place. friends will have bouquets placed (yellow roses and/or ivy flowers) at their doors, and maybe a box of homemade chocolates or other sweets too! passersby may get flowers as well, though god knows where he's pulling them from! those will most likely be apple blossoms, even if they don't seem particularly Valentine's-y. and chocolates! or cookies! he's got those for people he comes across too! but only one a piece, unfortunately. he's possibly looking for someone, but he seems content to just go around spreading joy and happiness and being a great big poofter.]

(ooc: wat. uh. backdated to the morning of Valentine's because I'm a late-y mclaterson's. also there's nothing wrong with the chocolates/cookies/whatever, so.)

It's sort of a holiday for couples. Some people don't really care for it, but I love it. It's just... about love.

No, nothing like that. It's just about love in general, I think? The feeling, nothing to do with marriage or fertility or... anything like that. Couples do romantic stuff, but that's about it.

Well, I don't really know about set customs or traditions. It's a day that sort of... pushes for couples to spend time doing romantic stuff? Which shouldn't really need pushing, but still.

Most holidays celebrate things that can easily be done every day. Mortal or not.
