ALL OVER THE FUCKING PLACE

but really, Kai is basically exploding with positive energy and Light today, thanks to the love and good feelings in the air that accompany this holiday! it's a pure hearted's high, really. he's heading down the hall looking like one cheerful fucker, pretty much glowing, planting vases of flowers here and there as he goes. just to help brighten up the place. friends will have bouquets placed (yellow roses and/or ivy flowers) at their doors, and maybe a box of homemade chocolates or other sweets too! passersby may get flowers as well, though god knows where he's pulling them from! those will most likely be apple blossoms, even if they don't seem particularly Valentine's-y. and chocolates! or cookies! he's got those for people he comes across too! but only one a piece, unfortunately. he's possibly looking for someone, but he seems content to just go around spreading joy and happiness and being a great big poofter.]

(ooc: wat. uh. backdated to the morning of Valentine's because I'm a late-y mclaterson's. also there's nothing wrong with the chocolates/cookies/whatever, so.)

Like his supposed mother, and many others. You may be surprised how many of them choose to allow themselves to be represented by matters of the heart. But then, it's all the same. Love, romance, sex, rivalry, battle.

[We're talking about people who regularly mated with their siblings. And also killed them. And birthed offspring with their blood sometimes. He tosses both arms over Kai's shoulders and uses them to adjust the crown. Kai may get another glimpse of the silvery elven writing on his wrists.]

[he's sort of pink when that crown's on properly, grinning. also, elven writing is sopretty.]

Of course it was. Personal decoration is just as important.

[he's only half joking there. that's what he's been doing so far, after all! though it's been love, happiness, and confusion, possibly.]

[It makes him laugh either way, and he reaches up to adjust the wreath with obvious amusement.]
