[luckily he knows right where he's headed in the library, and it doesn't take him long at all to locate the Braille books. he manages to hold her and his cane in one hand as he selects one by touch, smiling even if he feels a little silly talking to a rabbit.]

[Oh don't worry, She's already been stuck as the White Witch once already. It was rather unpleasant, though better than a rabbit. She seems very comfortable, either way, once settled and under the afghan.]

[he's situated himself to be able to prop the wide pages of the book up against one raised leg, his opposite hand resting lightly atop the rabbit to be sure it doesn't decide to wander. it's a little awkward, but he can feel over and turn the pages one-handed as he reads. it seems only natural to give the base of those long ears a scratch.]
