[This hallway is feeling chilly this early, early morning. There's a cold breeze coming from an open door, which leads to a dark world that some people are familiar with. Red's standing in the doorway silently, one hand on the door frame.

This isn't the Halloween Town room.

No, this is his way out. The only problem... is he doesn't know if he wants to leave.]

Actually?

[She raises her hand up, and unless he moves away she's going to cover his eyes and step closer. Enough that she's almost pressed against him, and can reach to open the door herself.]

Oh.

[Wh- you jerk. He's not going to try and make her uncover his eyes though, fairly amused by the situation.]

[Hey, he wanted a distraction. She pushes forward to open the door, and make him step out at the same time. Since her hand is over his eyes, he'll have to feel the fact that there's no ground inside. That should be easy once they start falling.]

Riku, what the fuck--

[Oh hey they're falling. Uh.]

[She waits until they're falling to transfer her grip to his hands, clasping them tightly as they tumble through the air. If he wants to open his eyes, he'll see that they are now falling through a bottomless sea of stars.]

[He opens his eyes almost immediately, a rather rude word on his tongue. But he's left speechless by their surroundings instead.]

[It's pretty ordinary, compared to some of the magic she's seen; this whole beauty of nature business. Riku finds it amazing, to watch as they shoot past the stars, and terrifying, because she can't stand this sensation of falling after her experiences in the dark, and liberating, all at the same time. She releases one of his hands to twist in the air, but her other hand has nothing short of a deathgrip on his.]

So what happens when we want back out?

[This place is pretty incredible, and he's certainly enjoying it, but he's uh. curious about that part.]

Beats me. I've never jumped before.

[Riku found it a while ago, but she never actually stepped inside. She is completely unconcerned!]

Well, that is certainly good to know.

[He is going to ROLL HIS EYES AT YOU, Riku. But he doesn't really seem that annoyed.]

You have somewhere else to be?

[She glances back at him, eyebrows raised expectantly.]

Right now?

[He just smirks, but maybe it's more of a smile.]

Not a chance.

Then don't think about it.

[Get lost with her in the stars or something. The farther they fall, the more it looks like the stars are coming from... well, everywhere. It seems they're also flying past reflective pools of water floating mid-air that bounce back the light.]

[It's a long moment before he talks again, voice quiet. He's not normally one to appreciate sights like this, but...]

...this is pretty amazing.

[Riku nods. She's going to be dizzy when they're on solid ground again, and her hair is going to be a fantastic mess from, the wind, but it truly is amazing.]

Yeah. It's not always like this, either.

It's not?

[So, what. The sky changes?]

[She shakes her head.]

I don't know what changes exactly, but I stayed up there for a long time the other day. Eventually the color at the bottom changed.

[And there does seem to be a bottom, of sorts. A cluster of stars, shimmering way down below them. They just don't seem to be getting any closer to reaching it any time soon, even if they can see it way better compared to higher near the door.]

At the bottom, huh.

[He glances down for a moment, wondering what exactly that is.]

Yeah.

[She nods, then twists her grip around, maneuvering it so she can turn herself over and still keep her grip on his hand.]

[She's being pretty clingy! Not that he'll say anything about it. He's just going to close his eyes and let himself "fall".]

[They are falling through rapid speed to nowhere. If he'd like her to let go and they get separated, she can do that too.]

[Nah, he doesn't mind this, as long as she doesn't hold on hard enough to break anything.]

[She's not doing that. Though... She has just tightened her grip so she can swing them around. ~~Wheeeeeee-~~]

[Orly. That will make him snort and grin.]

Enjoying yourself?

Possibly. Hold on to something.

[Yes, she's being sarcastic, because she's going to swing him around twice and then use the momentum to toss him up in the air, releasing his hand. It's not going to do anything, really, since he'll go back to falling right after, but it will temporarily slow him down, which should make the view quite interesting.]
