[There be a Terra scowling at

deleo_amicus as he stares at the simulated Captain Dark that's currently floating eerily behind him, arms crossed and looking smug. He has only three command cards left, and that checkpoint is looking a liiiitle far off. A few more panels ahead.

The room they're currently in looks like a giant game board, floating over the scenery of the Land of Departure. Ven's a few panels ahead, and Terra is praying the boy does not hit the purple panel. He wants to give the GP stealer back to its rightful owner. :|]

[He doesn't risk using the only magic card he has, since that could come in handy later, and smirks as he rolls a six, catching up. There's three panels between them, and he shrugs off the GP deduction Captain Dark takes away from him.]

[WHINES when he gets Captain Dark back, trying to look for a way to shake him off. He's losing already, this is not good. His next roll lands him on his own panel and he breathes a sigh of relief.

Until Captain Dark buys the panel next to it.]

[And this is where he actually uses his cards to change directions. HA. Sure that leaves him with one, but he can dick around, he's got some spare GP left.]

That's cheating!

[He hits the checkpoint, but it doesn't do him any good. He's been to this one, and the only reason he's here is that Terra confused him several turns earlier. OH GOD HE'S NEAR NEGATIVES ;o;]

He's going to loop around several sets of panels while he waits for Ven to pass. He's ruthless like that.]

No, it's not. It's still in the game's rules.

[And you know how Terra is about rules now.]

[After his roll, he huffs and sits down on the bonus panel he landed on. He doesn't even have enough GP to buy it. Captain Dark deducts more GP from his already negative numbers, and Ven glares at the simulation.]

Oh, shut up.

[FINISH. Watch as confetti bursts everywhere, and he looks at the final tally.]

... that's pretty sad.

That's because you cheat.

[Stands up and slumps as he usually does when he loses.]

I do not.

[He watches the simulation disappear, and the two of them are once again standing in the Mirage Arena room.]

[Heads for the kitchens innocently at that.]
