Wakened
[A door opens into a hallway, and a Kairi dressed in black pants and a black tank top manages to stumble halfway out before grabbing the door frame. It's been months since she's moved, since she's been awake. Of course, the first thing she'd done upon waking was try to walk, so getting stuck like this was probably pretty predictable.]
[Not that she knows just how long she was comatose-- just that she's been asleep for a long time, and it's all she can do to keep herself up by clinging for dear life to the doorway.]

[He's not actually going to press her on this. He figures if she's that reluctant to talk about it she has enough problems.]

[She frowns down at her ice cream.]
... I had a heart when I fell asleep. That's gone, too.

[He's well aware he can't quite fathom the feeling of losing a heart twice. He's familiar enough with the rest of it that his own heart goes out to her, though.]

You're the first person to find me. I don't even know if Riku's still here... He could be, though.

[She doesn't know if Riku's gone. But she doesn't have her heart anymore, so she can't grieve for his loss if she doesn't find him.]

Okay, sorry, but if you're IX in your world I guess I have to ask - you a musician?

[She holds her hand out, and much like a normal Demyx, bubbles of water fade into existence and pool together, creating a black flute with silver and blue metallic markings in the palm of her hand. She grips it, and the water stops; she holds it up to show him, a slight smile on her face.]
Little bit.
