[A door opens into a hallway, and a Kairi dressed in black pants and a black tank top manages to stumble halfway out before grabbing the door frame. It's been months since she's moved, since she's been awake. Of course, the first thing she'd done upon waking was try to walk, so getting stuck like this was probably pretty predictable.]

[Not that she knows just how long she was comatose-- just that she's been asleep for a long time, and it's all she can do to keep herself up by clinging for dear life to the doorway.]

[Hey, Nobody!Kairi, have a not-exactly-Demyx. Nocturne blinks as he sees her clinging to the doorframe and approaches her carefully; from what little he's seen of versions of Kairi, black isn't her normal color, and people dressed in black who don't usually have this unfortunate tendency to be quite dangerous.]

[Normally she would be decently dangerous, but she just woke up after being in a coma for nine months and her boyfriend wasn't in the room with her. At the moment, she's having a little bit of trouble being coherent, let alone volatile. Hearing his voice makes her look up, the only feeling in her eyes being a slightly pained undertone and perhaps a jaded sort of confusion.]

[Oh, gods. He'd hoped he wouldn't have to deal with this now that he's out of Econtra, but it seems the same thing happens here, too. Figuring "Tuesday" isn't the answer she's looking for, he says:]

[She starts to straighten, then buckles and nearly hits the floor before she grabs onto the frame of the door as tight as she can, wincing.]

That's gotta be wrong...!

[He moves to catch her before seeing she's caught herself, though obviously not comfortably.]

Hey, careful. I'm guessing you've been asleep for a very long time.

[She tries her best not to lean on him, relying on herself.]

... [She can't ask about Riku, how would this guy know? She has to find him...]

[She tries to push off of the frame and start going down the hallway, but only manages to stumble a few feet before she crashes into the wall and hits the floor.]

H-hey, careful. [He leans down to help her up.] We should probably get you somewhere where you can sit down...

[That's not what she wants, and at first, she tries to jerk away. But then, she calms, and sighs out.]

... Fine.

[And she raises a hand to be helped.]

[He helps her up gently. He'd like to tell her that she doesn't have to worry about needing help in front of him - he knows being shaky after nine months asleep isn't the same as weakness. He also figures saying this probably has about a fifty-fifty chance of having bad consequences when she gets her strength back.]

The kitchen, maybe? Getting food in you couldn't hurt. Make you a little less grumpy, too, maybe.

[She's having to lean on him, and she does give him a look when she hears him speak.]

... Let's concentrate on moving instead of trying to be funny.

[He pities her a little - he doesn't know what her world's like, but if it's enough to make a normal Kairi this not-fun...]

[She's much more fun when she's not knowing she just slept for nine months, has no idea where her boyfriend is, and doesn't have a heart anymore when she remembers having one last time she was awake.]

[She's going to be thinking hard on that last one while they make their way to a kitchen, which shouldn't be too far. Her room was always close by one; she enjoys cooking.]

[Nocturne hums gently to himself as they find the kitchen and he guides her over to a chair.]

[She sits down heavily, leaning over the table and putting her head in her arms. Something good for her might be a decent idea.]

[Okay, well, after a little while rummaging in the fridge and some chopping, there's a bowl of pineapple in front of her. Let's see if this is a good start~]

[Fruit works. She'll eat it, though not too quickly. It's cold, which is nice, and it's got a powerful flavor. Those together will help to get her mind more awake, and the nutrition will help her body.]

[That's the general idea. Well, more like "Fruit has sugar but not so much that it's bad for you, so energy and also less grumping. Also pineapples are good." Nocturne likes pineapple.]
