[Residents of the DR might be running into an unusual sight, a teenage girl whose face may or may not be buried in a carton of triple chocolate chunk ice cream; but the most unusual thing might be the dark miniature storm cloud floating above her head, that rumbles ominously with thunder and occasional flashes of lightning.
