[Residents of the DR might be running into an unusual sight, a teenage girl whose face may or may not be buried in a carton of triple chocolate chunk ice cream; but the most unusual thing might be the dark miniature storm cloud floating above her head, that rumbles ominously with thunder and occasional flashes of lightning. This is what happens when a girl with tenuous control over her magic gets overly... hormonal.]
