[Wheezing, this Riku was trying to pick himself up from the hallway floor and staring with near horror at the door he had just been thrown through.]
Sora! Ngh... [There's a pretty bad looking wound on his hip, but Riku is forcing himself to get up to his feet, limping towards the door. It's a shame it's clearly the beach room instead of that strange empty room where he and Sora were fighting Xemnas.]
Sora! [Yeah. Thanks dressing room, he's beginning to panic. Sure, Sora can fight on his own but Riku wants to be there if something like that last attack happens again.]

[Hurries over to him, preparing a Cura.]

Are you alright?
[She can get him some potions as well if he needs them?]

... This isn't The World That Never Was anymore, is it. [His statement might be flat, but he's indirectly asking where he was now.]
no subject
No. We're in a crossroads of worlds known as the Dressing Room.
no subject
A crossroads of worlds? You mean this place connects them? [He's thinking of all the worlds he's been to before; including home.]

I'm sorry, but, you cant. Once this place pulls you in, only it can let you go. You cant leave on your own.

But, I've been told that time in your world wont move while your here. So, when it does send you back, it'll be the same as when you left.
no subject
I guess it's good that the time in mine doesn't move but... I want to know when it sends me back so I can be ready.
no subject
I'm sorry.
[She wishes she could do more to help. :<]

It does kind of explain why I'm seeing you here. Last I recall, you had joined with Kairi.
no subject
Well. Here's hoping she doesn't get sent home. As nice as it would be to be whole, she just cant give up everything she's got here.]
You'll be seeing a lot of people you wouldn't expect to see. Even doubles of yourself and people you know.

It really is better to just, expect the unexpected in this place. Be ready for anything. Cause anything can happen.
no subject
... Thanks. [For telling him, for the Curaga.]

[Offers a small smile.]

Yeah, this'd be the part where Riku approaches his double, summoning his Keyblade just in case he needs to use a cure spell.]
no subject
Great, I'm hallucinating.
no subject
[But here, have that cure spell.]
no subject
[Disbelief? Sorry little self, but that cure spell is appreciated since Riku let out a soft exhale, the pain lessening in his hip.]
no subject
[Though he doesn't expect his double to buy it.]
no subject
[it never ceases to catch him off guard when someone new pops into the dressing room, twofold when someone pops in the dressing room injured. he pushes himself to his feet from his perch by the shore and runs over to help.]
no subject
Sora, what.. happened?
no subject
Looks like Xemnas clocked you.. You all right?

[one Curaga and Sora-crutch coming up! he carefully drapes Riku's arm around his shoulder, tugging lightly until Riku's leaning on him comfortably.]
Let's get you somewhere comfortable to sit.
no subject
Sure. Lead the way.
no subject
I guess I should explain where we are, huh?
no subject
Yeah, it would help. Just how long was I knocked out anyway?
no subject
[there's a table nearby- Sora pulls it closer to the chair and has a seat, brows furrowed in thought.]
Well.. This place is called the Dressing Room. It's kind of like.. like Traverse Town, but with universes, not worlds.

[scratches the back of his head.]
It's really cool! Weird when you meet yourself from another universe, but cool.

[he leans a little closer, like he has some big important secret.]
The kitchens here? They've got everything.
[... well, to be fair, food is arguably important to a teenage boy.]

[ so much for sunbathing, though this is arguably better. ]

I thought you were gone.
