how is babby formed

[this pregnant female Axel is reclining on a couch in the common area closest to the family hall, dozing a little with an arm draped over the bulge of her stomach. she jerks awake, though, when there's a sudden spasm that kind of hurts. she's dozed off again, fifteen minutes later, when it happens again, and she sits up a little, looking alarmed.]

[seriously. I am not dealing with poopy diapers all by myself. you'd better get over the gross stuff in a damn hurry. 8< nods a little and pushes the baby into Kai's arms, and then goes about pushing. after a couple of good pushes, she reaches down abruptly and ew, catches a squishy slippery thing as it slides out of her. I hope there are more towels around; isn't there supposed to be some bleeding somewhere around this point?]

[but poop is an everyday thing! and he's had a ton of practice changing diapers. he'll take their baby and coo over her, not looking over at Axel when the squishy slippery thing comes out.]

[Maybe! But yes, she's rushed over with clean towels, having disposed of the others. Would Axel like some help?]

[if help involves taking the squishy thing away from me, then no plz. she'll just... get it completely out and free herself of it, and then sit there with it in her hands, apparently transfixed by it and unaware that she's getting blood on things.]

[pauses at gazing at the babby to look over, squinting a little.]

[She'll just be over here, wondering if she needs to get a bowl for that, or what Axel intends to do with it at all.]

[anyone who's seen Axel around food should recognize the look on her face, but Riku's probably situated better to also see the still, hunted quality of the wide eyes, the twitching muscle in her cheek, like if she had moveable ears she'd be flicking one of them to listen.]

[doesn't answer; yes, you might very well have to, since your waifu is just going to. devour this placenta like it is a delicious piece of bacon that she might have to fight to keep at any moment. when there's nothing left but the cord, which is not worth eating, she'll coil it up on a nearby towel and calmly lick her fingers clean.]

[augh. augh. when Axel next looks over at him, he's going to be looking a bit paler, and a teensy bit grossed out, and paying ALL HIS ATTENTION to babby.]
