[Sora has many different items on his list of things to do today, now that he's spent the past few days busy with all sorts of distractions. the first thing on his list has already been accomplished: there's a pile of envelopes addressed to several different people on the kitchen table where he's now sitting.]

[now for item number two: making spaghetti! Sora's not allowed to touch the stove, so he's having to improvise a little. he's dumped a box of uncooked pasta into a bowl, and is squishing a tomato in his hands directly over the spaghetti. not exactly how Daddy makes it, but close enough!]

[oh, boy! Sora starts hopping up and down for his spaghetti and pizza rolls, excited to scarf it down so he can get to the taffy-- if you are what you eat, he'll either turn into a pizza roll or a huge piece of taffy before he's 10.]

[sorry for the complete lack of tact there, Kira- he's just curious! she even has permission to punch older!'bug for the embarrassment if she wants.]

Well... Daddy says I'm too young. So I suppose I can't have one. Besides, most of the boys I know are part of my family.

[particularly if an older version of himself will be participating in the butt kicking! Sora just shrugs, satisfied with that answer, and returns to his spaghetti-- now that the pizza rolls are cool enough to pick up, he takes a few and plops them in the pasta.]

So, if you're too young.. I gotta wait until I'm even older to get a girlfriend?

I think so. But I think boys are allowed to have girlfriends before girls are allowed to have boyfriends. At least, that's what Daddy says. I don't really understand it.
