[Sorry Kairi, that's exactly what Riku's doing, twisting around to grab for her leg and pull her back.]

Like we sleep at all.

[Hey Sora, help me out with this Kairi sandwich thing, would you.]

[Can do boss, reaches over to grab her arm and help pull her back]

We know where you "sleep" too.

But I...

[ With her leg swept out from under her, she tips over, and upon realizing she's beginning to be pulled back, she tries to get a hold of the bed sheets with her fingers for a second. But then Sora has her arm. Obviously getting nowhere, she surrenders. ]

So much for being polite.

[ Lying on her stomach, she twists so she can look at the boys, resting her cheek in her free hand. Her smile's playful, though, so she couldn't have really been scolding them! ]

We're not exactly the most refined of gentlemen.

[Tries to pull himself out from under Sora, tugging Kairi closer by the leg and poking her lightly in the ribs.]

But you're stuck with us anyway.

[Crawls away from Riku to make it easier and moves up, closer to Kairi with a hold still on her arm]

Polite is boring.

[ Seeing that Riku isn't done pulling her around, Kairi places her arm back on the mattress before she's sliding backward again. She seems to just be going along with it for now. The poke at her ribs gets a tiny squirm, though. She can't help that she's ticklish. Now that Sora and Riku are back in her face, she simply rests her cheek against the bed, but not before giving an experimental pull at the arm Sora's holding just to see how bent he is on holding on. ]

I guess if I had to be stuck with any devious pair, I'd pick you two...but I might have to teach you some manners along the way. Heh. Now how long are you going to hold my limbs hostage?

That depends. When you want hostages released, you have to offer something in exchange, you know.

[He gives another playful tug at her leg at that, just to emphasize his point.]

[She isn't going to get it loose so easily, he's got a decent hold on it. Is actually keeping quiet just to see how much longer Riku can go being so chatty.]

[ Kairi laughs when Riku pulls her leg. ]

So what do you want?

[ Her hand will just be trying to subtly grab onto Sora's shirt if he lets his guard down. After all, she's not trying to pull away. She's just trying to trap him too. ]

[If you don't like him talking so much, maybe you should contribute to the conversation, Sora. He lets go of her at that, relaxing to the side.]

Nothing of consequence.

[What am I supposed to contribute to this- and oh hey Kairi grabbing my shirt]

I could probably think of a few.

[ With her leg freed, Kairi begins to turn over. Because Sora's still holding onto her arm, and she's not letting go of her fistful of his shirt, she rolls over onto her back, lifting her head so she can lay it on Sora's thigh while she tries to shift her arm to a more comfortable angle. Despite Riku having just let go of her leg, she's picking it back up just to lay it across his lap. Kairi smirks. ]

Well, are one of you going to share your ideas?

[Glances over a Sora expectantly, though his tone isn't quite as teasing as before.]

Yeah, Sora, why don't you share with the class?

[What exactly it is that you want from Kairi, that is.]

[Whoops...WELL HEY BETTER TIME THAN ANY TO TELL RIKU, YEAH]

Well, I'd think it'd be kind of obvious Kairi.

[hand reaches down for her fingers to run over her cheeks and lips. This is not a kid friendly look in his eye]

[ Peering up at Sora after Riku's question, it actually takes her a few seconds to realize what he's talking about. That smirk is wiped right off her face, and blood is pooling into Kairi's cheeks, turning them pink in record time, hot underneath the fingers. She looks back down toward Riku warily. He didn't catch on too, did he? ]

...heh. You want kisses?

[ That's right. Play innocent. Maybe Sora didn't really intend to put that previous thought in her head. Maybe kisses really were all he was implying. ]

[And that's pretty much exactly what he was expecting. Now he's just wondering how much of that 'the three of us' feeling was a complete lie.]

Try again, Kairi.

[Sora could have gone for just make out, but Riku's answer made him look up at the other guy. Did he make a bad move?]

[ Letting go of Sora's shirt, her fingers remain pressed up against his belly, and she uses her other hand to pull away his from her face before sitting up. Her eyes are still on Riku. Kairi doesn't necessarily think that Sora has done anything wrong; it's just that she is a bit too honest and it is the three of them, just as it has been since they weren't even four feet tall. But she'll have to talk to Sora about it first, so until then, she just moves her leg off of Riku and turns so that she can push on Sora's abs to try to persuade him to follow suit as she closes in a bit more on Riku. ]

Does that mean you don't want to kiss me, Riku? You don't think I have cooties, do you~? And if not kisses, what did you have in mind?

[He tenses when she gets closer, leaning away just a little. He's not even sure what he had in mind anymore, other things having taken over his thought process.]

Nothing as interesting as Sora, I'm sure.

[Well since she's prodded him into it, he'll follow her lead and come closer to the group. He didn't want it to come off the way he made it seem, he still likes the 'three of us'.]

Hey come on, she's asking you nicely right? Why not tell us what was of so little consequence huh?

[ She looks a bit hurt that Riku seems to be retreating. Really, she doesn't have cooties! ]

Alright, you don't have to kiss anybody if you feel that strongly about it...

[He shakes his head, moving to sit at the bed's edge.]

It doesn't matter.

[Gives Kairi a look]

...Oi, what's the matter?

[crawls over to sit up next to him on one side, motioning Kairi to do so on the other]

[ Kairi stays still while Riku makes his way to the edge of the bed, but on Sora's signal, she gives in and tentatively slips around to sit at Riku's side. ]

Of course it matters. Don't pull away, Riku. We're in this together.

[A slightly bitter smile crosses his face for a moment, but he keeps his gaze on the wall.]
