[Not all residents notice the change in seasons, and those who do may just pass it off as another day, possibly getting irritated by the increase in hot or cold weather. That irritation is why Miss KH has decided to host a Spring Dance. Now how would any of you know this, since she doesn't seem to be anywhere right now? Maybe by the invitations that are at every single door in the Dressing Room. Those invitations are wrote on pretty, cream-colored stationary with a gold heart at the top, next to "Dear Dressing Room resident:". The letter's contents?

"Dear Dressing Room resident:

I believe that it is about time we have another ball/dance/party, whichever you may consider it, so I am holding one for the coming of the season titled 'Spring'. It will hold fun activities such as dying eggs for the children, many different kinds of food and beverages, tons of chocolate and dancing of course! You are in no way required to come, but I am sure you will be missed by someone if you choose not to attend. Hope to see you all there!

[ooc; Hi guys! Yes, the dance will be held on April the 10th, and this post will be for inviting anyone and everyone your characters want (even though everyone gets an invite anyway!) Also, threadhopping is encouraged.]

I'm gonna say I don't think so. [Reaches and teasingly tweaks his nose, then takes that popsicle stick from him and dumps both into the trash.]

Now let's go get your princess ball gown.

[ Aaaa nose. He rubs his nose and stands, tensing slightly and remembering to be slow. He nudges Axel as he stands beside him. ]

What do guys wear to a ball?

Slacks, a not wrinkled shirt and a tie. Usually the tie is supposed to match the date but [He chuckled, moving to sling his arm around Roxas' shoulders again.] I don't know where I'll get a yellow tie. [Looks down with a smile, half serious and half teasing.]

[ He looks at him, reflecting his smile, giving him a light push. ]

Well, I don't know where to get a red one, so I guess we're even.

Nah, you'll be able to find a red one easily. I don't think they make yellow ties though. [He's chuckling from that push, catching in a light headlock to noogie and smooth his hair down over his face.] Maybe I should go with blue instead.

Hey, stop--!

[ That designates a rather ungraceful flail, even if he's got a smile on his face. He grabs Axel's arm, leading him out of the kitchen, his voice teasing. ]

Maybe I should get a green one. With 'jerk' written on it.

[Outright laughs with a grin, following and letting Roxas lead him. He'd certainly follow wherever he went, even if it was to oblivion and nothingness.]

Now I'm sure they don't make tie's with writing on them like that, but green could work.

[ Oblivion and nothingness, thankfully, is not on the menu today. He stops every now and then, opening to find closets. ... most of them are filled with girl clothing, so after a while, he looks at Axel, about to open one closet. ]

You open this one.

[ He's got a bad feeling it'll be all tuxedos once Axel tries. ]

[His laughter has been increasing with each dress filled closet they found so far. Grinning ear to ear, he reached and opened this one -- yep, it's everything they were looking for.]

[ He mutters something darkly, his cheeks flushed with a hand over that stupid hickey. --oh, hey, green tie. He snags it, quickly. ]

Did you say something? [Soft teasing tone, though he is hyper aware of Roxas holding a hand over that hickey. Oh, handy, that's a yellow tie actually in this closet! Axel snagged it, and hung it around his neck for now.

Let's see.. picks through some of the shirts, passes Roxas a white one.] Try that on, see if it fits. [He's pulling out a black one, holding it against himself to be lazy and make guesswork.]

[ ... he hesitates, stepping back from Axel and shedding his coat away from him. He doesn't want to share his bruises. Hmm, the shirt's a little big. ]

I think I need a smaller one. How'd you tie a tie anyway?

Very carefully. [He's setting his stuff aside, walking towards where Roxas is with a smaller shirt. Well, Axel just might see those bruises if he gets close enough.] I'll show you after we get the right shirt.

[ Roxas realizes this and takes a quick step back, managing to grab the smaller shirt just barely. His hand keeps the shirt mostly shut. ]

Uh--thanks.

[... Right. That hickey couldn't be the only mark on him, could it. He managed not to frown turning then to give Roxas his privacy and simply held his hand out.

Hand him the one that doesn't fit when you feel like it. He's just going to brood over here silently.]

[ He gives Axel an apologetic look his friend probably can't see, pulling the shirt off and replacing it with the smaller one. Thankfully, that's most definitely his size. He places the shirt in Axel's hand, turning back to him, looking at the tie curiously. ]

[Taking that shirt, he glanced back and faintly smiled as he watched Roxas just fiddle with that tie with curiosity. Tosses the slightly too big shirt into the closet and crouches so he was more even with the blond, and starts working the tie.]

You start like this.. [Yep, showing how to tie that tie.]

[ He listens intently, before looking at that yellow tie Axel has. Following Axel's instructions, he tries to tie it, fumbling once--twice--but finally getting it on the third try. ]

Like that?

[That brought a chuckled smile to his face, giving a nod when Roxas finally gets it. Fixes the collar of his shirt to get a look at the half attire.]

Yeah. [He doesn't really want to put Roxas in slacks, those pants look fine and the boots are hidden enough to blend in..] I think you could go with just that.

[ He raises his hand and loosens the tie a little, before nodding. ]

Okay. I'll keep them until then. I still think you need a ribbon, though.

[ His smile widens. ]

[That makes him laugh lightly, giving a noogie then and standing back up.] I'd look terrible if you tried putting ribbons in my hair, Rox, I'm serious.

[It doesn't stop him from leaning down and nesting his nose in those blond spikes though, a small kiss planted before he's moving back to the closet to get some proper pants and shoes for himself. His boots don't quite blend as nicely as Roxas' do so. Gotta make do..]

[ When Axel pulls away, the look on Roxas' face isn't quite one of happiness, but he's not sad, either. He has a hand against where Axel kissed him, atop his head, a sort of blank--or thoughtful? Who can tell with Roxas, really?--expression on his face. ]

[Undoing the tie as well and tossing it back to Roxas, he curiously watched him, wondering about that thoughtful.. almost blank look on his face.] Rox? [He's shedding his coat and trying on the black button down shirt in the meantime, making sure to get the right size.]

[ He raises his eyes to look at him, grasping both ties with one hand. Oh--he drops his hand. ]

I... felt something. I think.

[Tips his head, pausing in buttoning the shirt.] You felt something?
