[Not all residents notice the change in seasons, and those who do may just pass it off as another day, possibly getting irritated by the increase in hot or cold weather. That irritation is why Miss KH has decided to host a Spring Dance. Now how would any of you know this, since she doesn't seem to be anywhere right now? Maybe by the invitations that are at every single door in the Dressing Room. Those invitations are wrote on pretty, cream-colored stationary with a gold heart at the top, next to "Dear Dressing Room resident:". The letter's contents?

"Dear Dressing Room resident:

I believe that it is about time we have another ball/dance/party, whichever you may consider it, so I am holding one for the coming of the season titled 'Spring'. It will hold fun activities such as dying eggs for the children, many different kinds of food and beverages, tons of chocolate and dancing of course! You are in no way required to come, but I am sure you will be missed by someone if you choose not to attend. Hope to see you all there!

[ooc; Hi guys! Yes, the dance will be held on April the 10th, and this post will be for inviting anyone and everyone your characters want (even though everyone gets an invite anyway!) Also, threadhopping is encouraged.]

[ Roxas smiles just a little when Axel says that. He does feel happy.. but it's more complicated than that. ]

Kind of.

[Curious, he lifted a brow, trying to get Roxas to continue and explain.]

I don't think it's happy... when Sora's happy, you can tell. It's a lot.. harder? It's sort of... content. And really soft. And... powerful.

[ As he gets on, his voice gets a little quieter. He doesn't know how to explain--it's such an odd, but... strong feeling. ]

[Axel just smiled, he couldn't explain it either.. but the description was nice. Gives his shoulders a gentle squeeze, letting go and moving to stand again.]

It sounds.. warm.

Yeah... it is. Axel?

Yeah? [Pauses, waiting.]

Do I really make you feel like you have a heart?

Oh, you heard that? [Very soft tease, but he's leaning and that's an easy pressed kiss to Roxas' forehead.]

Yeah. You do.

Good. If I feel, I want you to, too.

[That just has him unable to stop smiling, softly ruffling his hair.] I feel as much as you do then. [I just remember what most of those feelings are called.]

Mm... let's go. I'm pretty tired.

[Giving a nod, he gathered up the last of the clothes they'd need for the ball and let Roxas lead the way. He can hang the stuff up in his closet so they'll remember it easier.]

[ He snags the green tie from him, just because, as they walk down the hall. Once he gets to his room (and has checked that it is his room, thanks to a few marks he made on the front), he opens the door, walking over to his bed silently, still in thought. ]

[Following Roxas into the room, he moved straight to the closet and hung up the nicer clothes, tossing a pair of shoes in as well (hey he can't get away with wearing his boots after all). Walking over to the blond, he set a warm hand on his shoulder, peering with how thoughtful he looked.] You alright?

[ He fixes him with his gaze for a minute before he shakes off the expression, nodding. ]

Yeah. I was just wondering about something.

Alright. [Offers a soft smile, squeezing his shoulder before letting go and beginning to head for the door.] I'll come hang out tomorrow, you look pretty tired, so make sure you get some sleep.

[ Suddenly, he realizes that his hands are shaking again. Is he scared at the thought of Axel leaving? ]

Wait...

[He paused at that, glancing back though he was at the doorway now.] Yeah?

... can you stay? Please?

[He can't say he wasn't expecting to hear that request, but it still made him smile quietly, inwardly angry at the guy who caused the fear all over again.

Turning right back around after shutting the door, he nodded.]

When you ask so nicely, how could I refuse?

[ He feels himself relax, a grateful smile reflecting on his face. He sheds his jacket, pulling the covers over him. He's aware the bruises are visible, now, but... it's Axel. He can trust him, no matter what happened in the past. ]

[Shedding his own jacket and boots, he turned to climb into the bed with him.. but on seeing those bruises, he's struggling not to scowl. Axel settled down and rolled to his side to keep watching Roxas.] Never a problem.

[ Roxas scoots close, just enough to make him feel safe, not enough to pop Axel's bubble. Pulling the covers so his body is covered and warm, he closes his eyes, to sleep. ]

[Watching those bruises after Roxas closed his eyes, Axel let out a silent sigh and moved, shifting close and draping an arm around him loosely. Gently murmurs, not wanting to scare him.]

This okay?

[ It caused Roxas to twitch slightly, but his eyebrows draw together more as if he's thinking. ]

Yeah. That's okay.
