[Those voices are coming from a room, and a second later, a Terra comes out of a door, an Aqua talking with him as they walked.]

Van seems to be chasing after you... have you seen him--

[The Aqua freezes when the Terra suddenly gets a pair of brown cat ears. Terra himself is suddenly staring at the other apprentice.]

That's because it's a bit more complicated than that. What I said about other worlds is true, but this place also takes people from different dimensions. There's doubles of just about everyone here, and some of them are really different.

Back home you, me, and Aqua are best friends, and Vanitas... He's nothing like the one you know.

I dunno; I've never seen 'em when it happens. But what I do know is that there's this one room that pops up sometimes with every spell that's ever happened here! The guy who does that is called a "Heartless"... They're these monsters made of darkness. Kinda like Unversed, except they steal people's hearts.

I never even heard of 'em until I came here, but I've seen them all over the place. Most of them are pretty weak, but that doesn't stop them from being dangerous, especially when they're in a group.
