[ This puppet had played her part. Sora's memories were returned to him, and she ceased to exist. Naminé had warned her that no one would remember her once she was gone—that there'd be no her to remember—and Xion had accepted it. ]
Unh…
[ Her palms against the floor, she lifted herself so that she’d be able to survey her surroundings. This movement seemed to take a bit more effort than it usually would have for her; how long had it been since she’d last been in this… vessel? She knew she wasn’t supposed to be here, and she hadn’t a clue as to why she was. She sat herself upright on the floor of the large room, looking down at her body to see the familiar coat of the Organization. She lifted a hand to her head, making sure her hood covered her eyes. Just in case.
Then, and only then, did she allow herself to question how she’d really landed herself face-down in this room. Did someone bring her here? Had something gone terribly wrong with Sora? ]
This isn’t right.

Hey, are you alright?

R-Roxas...
[ And then her form relaxed because despite her concern for whatever must have happened to Sora, there was still a part of her that couldn't help but be just a little selfish; a part of her that wanted to just enjoy Roxas's familiar face.
His question kept her from getting too comfortable. He didn't remember her, but he'd remember Sora, wouldn't he? Sora's well-being was all that mattered now. Inevitably, she answered his question with another question. ]
Is Sora alright?
no subject
Don't really know. I got brought here before I could merge with him.
[Offers a hand to help her to her feet.]

We can still make it work.
[ Contrary to the boy's frown, he'd get a tiny smile out of her as she took hold of his hand only to be helped up. Her free hand, however, held onto her hood so it wouldn't fall. Apparently she was being self-conscious... and why wouldn't she be? She didn't know who - or what - Roxas would see now. Once on her feet, she let go of Roxas's hand, peering at him for another moment before posing another question. ]
You're okay too, aren't you?
no subject
...Nods.]
Yeah. I'm fine.

Turning her eyes back onto Roxas, she pursed her lips, on the verge of continuing to badger the poor boy with questions. Where they were, how they got there... But no, it's not what Xion wanted to say at all. ]
Do you want to have ice cream with me?
[ Because they had to have ice cream somewhere in a place as big as this one. ]
no subject
Sure.
no subject
Okay! Any idea where we might find some? Otherwise, we can just search around.
no subject
[Leads the way!
Also, he doesn't know why he's instantly trusting this person, or why he's all smiles now. Just that, this feels really familiar...]

Entering a room equipped so that could only have been the kitchen Roxas had mentioned, Xion started toward the fridge. ]
Any chance they might have sea-salt..?

She plucked a bar of sea-salt ice cream from the lot and peeked back at Roxas. ]
Do you want sea-salt too, or have you found something better?

Yeah, it's pretty weird. You get used to it! ... that's what I heard, anyway.
no subject
Both her dreams and nightmares were answered simultaneously.
Xion gasped, grabbing hold of Sora's hand. ]
You're really here!
[ ... She sort of had to wonder if this is what it was like, having gone back to Sora. Was this some place in his heart? ]
no subject
[ He blinks, tilting his head to the side. He doesn't know who this girl is--but she's excited to see him, so that must mean something. He helps her up with a smile. If he just forgot about her from his journeys, he knows he looks a little weird--he might still have his outlandish shoes, gloves and crown necklace, but he's wearing a uniform and thin armor over the uniform. ]
M'sorry, do I know you?
no subject
[ She gave him a sheepish grin. There was almost something apologetic about it. ]
I'm Xion.
[ She wasn't sure how this was happening, but there was the strangest sense of peace here, with this boy who had unconsciously enabled her to exist at all. ]
no subject
[ He takes her hand and shakes it in a friendly manner, his grip firm and reassuring. ]
Nice to meet you, Xion. I dunno where you were before, but this place seems pretty cool.
no subject
Or maybe it was because he was the Keyblade Master. The real one. A hero. ]
You think so? ...Where exactly are we, anyway?
no subject
[ In fact, he pulls her over to a more comfortable area, complete with a couch and pillows. There are a lot of living areas in the large Room, it's not surprising that he found one with minimum difficulty. ]
I think this one person called it the Dressing Room. You... you can't leave, you can die and come back, uh... there're... doubles! Yeah, that's another one. There's something I'm forgetting, though. What was it?
[ He puts a hand against his temple, in thought. It's probably a very familiar pose, to Xion. ]
no subject
She took a seat on the couch, keeping a relentless eye on Sora as he began to talk about this so-called Dressing Room. It didn't sound like this was anyone's heart, then. It sounded more like... some sort of gilded cage. But if Sora was here too, then she couldn't imagine it being much of a bad thing. ]
Forgetting something...?
[ And he reminded her so much of Roxas. ]
Don't worry about it.
no subject
I guess I'll remember it later. You should probably find a room! If you're not hurt or hungry or anything.
no subject
What room am I looking for?
no subject
no subject
I... guess not. I just thought someone would assign one.
[ She let out a light laugh, realizing only now that the idea had been silly. ]
