[there's a nice little park-like room some ways from the main area. the door to it is open, and a pond is visible from it, just a short walk away. the room is full of flowers and trees, statues and the occasional bench and trash can. there's a pretty bridge going over the middle of the man-made pond, which is full of water-lillies and what appear to be goldfish as big as a foot or so in length. Kai's seated on the bridge, wings folded behind him as always, legs dangling over the edge as he tosses food down to the fish gathered beneath him. there's a bag of it sitting next to him, and some sort of food dispenser for fish and birds on the far side of the bridge. looks like he grabbed some bird feed as well, considering there's a small flock of sparrows hanging out on the bridge, including two perched on his head, and a couple more on his shoulders and the tops of his wings. the thing that might really catch one's attention, however, is the orange-red rabbit chewing on a meaty bone on the grass just off the side of the bridge.]

[Oh, he's never seen this room before. So brb, wandering in with a certain bunny in his arms. Though he kind of stops and stares at the other rabbit.]

[the rabbit is completely ignoring Roxas, even with the presence of another of the same species. Kai looks over and waves, one of the birds on his shoulder chirping harshly in protest.]

[Looks up at him and smiles, wandering over.]

[looks back down at the fish, tossing a bit more feed at them.]

I'm doing pretty well, actually. You?

[Lies. But it's convincing enough and bunny is wiggling to get down and bother the other bunny, so Roxas is setting her down now.]

[And now someone is suddenly sitting behind Kai on the opposing bridge wall, brows furrowed at him.]

[....yeah the birds are scattering suddenly, and he glances over his shoulder, offering a faint, if slightly wary, smile.]

What's up?

Feeding the fish?

[gestures to the bag leaning against the wall beside him.]

[Hops off her wall and walks across the bridge to examine the fish below.]

[Hello, rabbit. Have a Roxas looking at you curiously.

Though the fish look awfully delicious too.]

[the rabbit looks quite innocent, like a normal one and everything, other than... you know, chewing on that bone.]

[a squeal in the distance will let you know you aren't so alone any more, as Riku and a dark blob on the ground seem to be chasing each other around some trees, getting closer]

[blinks and looks over at the squeal, dislodging one of the birds on his shoulder.]

Riku?

[stops and looks when you call his name, then goes tumbling with another squeal of surprise when the blob springs up to tackle him]

[...okay, stands, the sparrows chirping their protest, and wanders over to see what's going on.]

[it's just a kid wrestling in the grass with a Shadow heartless roughly his own size :D]

Nah, I've just been feeding them and they're waiting for more.

[why so laughing at me. looks over, a little surprised, then smiles.]
