[There's an Aeris in the simulation room. It took...A while. But she eventually managed to get the room working.

She's just fighting against several Dusks. She learnt the hard way that her fighting style was useless against the Heartless seeing as they have no pressure points. Dusks, being the bodies left behind, are much easier for her to deal with.

She still has a few cuts and bruises from fighting the Shadows though.]

Pretty good! Probably need to work on your footwork a little more though.

I have a hard time concentrating on more than one thing at a time.

[he takes a deep breath and lashes out with a fist, aiming just next to her head to trick her into stepping to the side.]

I miss playing as Namine. ^^;

[And step to the side she does, but dont think that means that she wont be able to dodge his next attack.]

[And she ducks under the kick before quickly stepping around behind him.]

[he turns around quickly, scrambling away from her.]

[She just smiles. She just dodging now, remember?]

[okay, that's unsettling. he takes a step closer, aiming for her stomach with his elbow.]

[How is it unsettling?

And instead of just dodging, she grabs his arm and pulls him with her as she moves to upset his balance.]

[because he's not sure when she'll start fighting back. like right now. he stumbles forwards, completely unbalanced.]

[And she just lets go of his arm, letting gravity do the rest.]

[and he lands flat on his face.]

[At least she isn't using her chi blocking?]

[he crawls up, nodding and feeling his face for injuries.]

I'm fine.

I'm too tired to be giving fighting lessons. ^^;

Good. So, the first thing you want to work on, is your footwork. As you can see, if you're good enough at dodging, that can improve your chances of winning a lot.

Oh. Well then, you just need to work on speed, flexibility, reaction and being able to accurately judge the situation, location and you're opponents skill.
